Always visit this store when comes to Brampton Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. She made my sandwich exactly how i wanted it, with perfect topping and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended💫

Went to order a veg patty sub bt the associate said they have to cut and defrost the patty and it would take 30 mins to do it so had to walk out , would appreciate if these things can be kept ready whats the point of having a walk in store then ?

Closed time on Google is midnight, I went there hour and hour before and she said we are closed, so please write the correct time on google
I wish i could give zero star for food and service. I got a footlong sandwich from the store, the girl made the sandwich with no interest to serve the customers also while talking with the other girl. When I opened the sandwich after 5 mins at my house, the sandwich bread tasted like it was made couple of days ago very dry and had no taste in it. I had to throw the sandwich and plus when I called the store to inform them about the bread that girl responded with the bread is fresh and they made it an hour ago. There’s no way a bread gets that dry in a hour and then she started talking to me rudely even after letting her know that i don’t want anything just make fresh bread and serve fresh bread to the next customers that’s all I wanted. I would never visit this store again.

Poor customer service. No smile on face when greeting customers. Will not recommend at all. You are serving food for god’s sake at least do it with a smile not with a bad vibe that you’re are being forced to work here. If you don’t want to do your job please quit.

Don’t order or visit in this store. It’s more expensive than other subways. I ordered veggie foot long subway from this store and they charged 15.19 dollars. But in other stores it’s only 12 dollars. So save money

I don’t want to give any star but to write review i have to give one star, today i visited there around 8:45pm and there was no any single customer but staff ARSHDEEP she didn’t want to deal with us, I understand if so many customers then she could over stressed but with single customer its too much First no greetings not even fake smile then I ordered vege sub and wrap paper was almost in the chiken i asked her to change i asked her to put some salt she wasn’t listening then we said please make it with good moodshe answered there is nothing vege which is not touched with nonveg handling hands ,,, She didn’t want to make it then we respect her wishes and said dont make it TO OWNER of this subway——— teach ur staff how to deal with customers nd take care of ur store cz ur staff said veg and non veg is touched with same hands
