Worst customer service ever. Specifically the girl with the turban she does not know how to speak with customer. She started arguing when we have told her to add the potato rings inside our veggie delight sub even though we were paying for that. Never gonna visit this site because she rudely told us you can go to other site we can not do it here. WORST SERVICE EVER.

The lady with the black turban was not welcoming at all!!!! I was limited to my toppings!!!! The hardest bread ever!!! She mentioned they don’t have the new potatoe rings!!!! Pretty much a horrible experience and I will never go back there!!!

visited your Subway store today (Tuesday) around 10:15 PM Date 5 August 2025. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. She didn’t even know how to properly hand the ordering device to a customer.
I clearly told her I wanted Italian Herb & Cheese bread with Chicken Teriyaki and fresh Mozzarella cheese, but she made a face like she didn’t understand and said Veg Patty instead.
I repeated, “Chicken Teriyaki,” but she still continued saying “Veg Patty.” When I told her she wasn’t listening properly, She was the one being rude and unprofessional for no reason.
Then she claimed they didn’t have Chicken Teriyaki, even though it was clearly available. It felt like she just didn’t want to do her job.
Because of her behavior, I left the store without purchasing anything.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I strongly suggest you train your staff on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience today I went with my 12 year son and order 2 foot long subways, and have some nice time. The lady serving us was almost half sleep, low energy and appeared depressed, the vibe was so depressing. When she finished preparing the order, to our surprise she asks “sorry I forgot what was the order so I can enter it in POS machine” - like really!. Everyone has personal problems, but we leave them at home and not bring them at work. It seems like owner does not care.

I visited the subway,the service given by Aman was absoulte excellent and she was very polite and humble while preparing my Sub.Although i recommend everyone to come to this place.. Once again, I thanks Aman a lot.

Always visit this store when comes to Brampton Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. She made my sandwich exactly how i wanted it, with perfect topping and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended💫
Very bad service! Not even giving a plain plastic cup for water and charging 20 cents. It is not the case with other subways.

Went to order a veg patty sub bt the associate said they have to cut and defrost the patty and it would take 30 mins to do it so had to walk out , would appreciate if these things can be kept ready whats the point of having a walk in store then ?
