1 Star I had a terrible experience at this Subway during the night shift. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. When I asked for the washroom key in an emergency situation, they flat-out refused, even though I had placed a pickup order with them. It's unacceptable to deny such a basic need to a paying customer. I won't be returning to this location. Her name is Rajdeep.

Worst service ever ..I have ordered online through skip and they added meat in my order as it was vegetarian order…I have called them and they lied and said that we are not using skip….girl was being so clever…how you can put meat in vegetarian order…

The only lady we love is the middle aged punjabi lady during the mornings and afternoon, the evening staff is as pathetic as they look when they see customers walk in!!!! if i can give zero star so i will definitely give because staff of that restaurant dont have sense how to talk with customers i always go to another location and get good service but its my first time i went there and the girl name Arsh don’t have sense how to talk with customers she told i cant grill and toast sendwich and said m working over there from 2 and. year and i read there was too many negative reviews so why owners don’t take any step againsts their staff she is very very very rude and put my sandwich infront of me in the garbage worst location

I wish the employees of this place could have a little enthusiasm and excitement while serving the customers. We felt like the girls who work there, they don't like when customers come in the store.
This is the closest place for us to have subs that's why we have been there 6-7 times already and each time we have felt the same way.
