The staff and food is wasted money on.
For Manager of Subway..No courtesy from your staff, rolling eyes on customer, even little kid noticed it your staff Nav. And Nav is providing the worst Customer service ever.
No experience in food preparation, no fresh food, stale chicken, hard tortillas, hard bread, poorly dressed salad, 0 service with spending of more than $50.
Nav should learn to be polite and be respectful to customer and to learn to prepare the order as well.
The manager should take some action or properly interview and train your staff prior to hiring them.
This Subway quality and customer service is totally 0.
Not satisfied or not suggesting to anyone.
No wonder, there is no rush and not busy at all. All due to the staff and their service provided.

Stupid people , i have just called to confirm something but the lady hang up the call and then continuously declining the call, management should see what their employees are doing why you guys hire those stupid people who don’t have manners to speak with customers. Not at all recommending place please don’t go!!!! They say we will not grill your sandwich we will not accept online order at night it’s 9:11pm , keep an eye on them otherwise your subway👎👎

Got a salad and asked for more toppings and was told they do the same amount as a 6 inch sub …. Every other location isn’t this stingy . Said the lid needs to close when it wasn’t even passed the brim like it’s a salad smh
I am a regular customer of this subway location. I work in the plaza and I frequently come to purchase an order of 8 meatballs, without the bread. I am not able to eat the bread due to my dietary restrictions. I have never had a problem with this until today.
Shuhbpreet refused to serve me my order. The subway was completely empty and she told me first that they are unable to serve me meatballs. When I told her I would be asking management about this, she then changed her story and said her manager sent a text in the groupchat today and said they were no longer able to sell meatballs on their own to customers. It honestly was very sketchy and it sounded dishonest.
Instead of offering me something else, or any kind of solution, they denied to serve me. I am disgusted and appalled by this. Subway please do better and hire better staff.

This subway has their own policies. Manager ask for delivery drivers person details( Phone Number , Name and sign. They are not authorized to take anyone person information. Subway should take action on management . If someone got scammed who’s responsible for it.even they have not post anywhere in the restaurant about it. Employee just said manager told them too stand take drivers details. They should to take permission from subway to do it so then if people information misused somewhere someone should answerable. I request management to think people privacy before applying this kind of rules. I hope someone take action on it.

Went late at night and was greeted by Harinder, and her excellent customer service and attitude. She was extremely nice and helpful while making my 2 subs, to which she did with flawless execution! She made them to perfection! At the end of it all, she helped me use the app! She was amazing and a highlight of the night. Thank you Harinder!💯💯

I recently uber order a sub and I'm very disappointed because the bread was very dry and hard to chewing and the taste of bread is also not good. Overall my experience was not good and I'm very disappointed

Worst service by parneet. He was very tight on toppings. I have never seen a employee like this. Whether it was chicken or veggies he didn't wanted to add. I paid 16 dollars for a sub that wasn't even worth half the price.
