I visited this Subway late after a long, exhausting shift. The sandwich artist did inform me right away that the toaster was turned off for cleaning, so this review is not about her service.
However, this is a 24-hour location, and being unable to get a toasted sandwich while paying full price is disappointing—especially when the store is still fully open and accepting orders. As a customer, it feels like you’re paying for less than what’s advertised.
This seems like a management and policy issue, not a staff issue. If the store operates 24 hours, key equipment like the toaster should remain available, or customers should be clearly warned at the entrance that parts of the menu aren’t available. The staff pointed it out that the toaster is turned off, but the point os, there should have been one other way to convert the message, so that a customer like me, doesn’t come and leave disappointed
I hope management takes this feedback seriously so customers don’t leave hungry and frustrated after a long day.

Worst customer service and i told them to put more mayo sauce.They put too much extra sweet onion saucw too my order that makes my sub too sweet it was hard to eat for me and kt become worthless and taseless.never ever recommend this store to anything.They did so in anger..i wasted my money ...

Staff members does not have a hair net on.!Just recently ordered and got 2 hairs in the sandwich.!
I was there at 1:40 a.m. to pick up an uber order. A girl was working there and I told her politely to let me use the washroom real quick. She denied rudely saying that it’s our policy that after 12am, washrooms are not available for anyone. I am writing this to know that under which section is it written in policies that is written?

There were 5 workers making sandwiches. I had to wait for 15 minutes before they took my order and I was the only person in the store. They were all busy making orders for online orders. They need to focus on the customers in front of them rather than those who haven’t arrived yet.

The order went through, the payment was taken, but the order didn’t reflect at the counter. The staff at the store was not willing to help. It’s strange that staff are not willing to listen or help or direct to a supervisor. it’s important to give a patient ear to the problem. Most notably, the staff didn’t even bother to say or feel sorry. Such lack of care for customers is appalling

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Subway location. I ordered a wrap, and it was completely cold — not grilled or toasted at all. The cheese wasn’t even melted, which is unacceptable for a freshly made order. This isn’t the first time it has happened; even when we clearly ask for our subs or wraps to be toasted, they are often handed to us cold and undercooked.
It’s very frustrating to see this happen repeatedly. Properly heating food isn’t just about taste, it’s also a matter of food safety and quality. The staff really need better training and attention to customer requests, and the manager should take serious action to address this issue. Overall, very poor service and disappointing experience.

This store is usually very helpful. Fast and friendly. Fresh ingredients. Fresh bread. I enjoy going there to grab subs for the wife and myself.

I am very disappointed to see that people actually don’t know customer service.
I visited this location on Thursday night around 11:30-11:45 pm and girl over there didn’t even smile and give us bad look like she mean why we are coming here.
No welcoming face, just a rude face???
Are we doing wrong by spending money here???
I understand sometimes you guys pissed off because of so many customers and lineup but that time there was no line up nothing.
And she make my food in very disappointed way .
Plz hire some sensible people who actually want to work and make good relationships, not the one who just come here for money and don’t respect their work.
You guys should feel ashamed of your behaviour, because if u guys don’t have customers u guys will not get hours.
So if u are working for money please make sure respect that work place and customers as well .

I have gone there just now. I asked for foot long veggie. But she was not in a mood to serve us and said I cannot grill anything at this time. I said it's ok. The she said everything is frozen . She didn't want to make thing. 24 hours means you should be available every time. It was so disappointing. I need my food for my shift today . I have nothing to eat now for the whole day .
