Worst experience ever. There wasn’t an option for zero star rating else i would have given that! No hair/beard net was worn by the servers! They were busy talking didn’t hear our orders. The surroundings were not clean. We cleaned the table ourselves. We went there at 10 both the servers seemed so unprofessional!!!

I got day old hard bread and the lady worker put brown lettuce which has gone bad on my sandwich, when I asked to have it removed I was given a look of disgust. Do not go to this location.

They wouldn't let my 62 year old handicapped friend who is in a wheel chair use the bathroom and he ended up peeing his pants right in the hall way... Then right after give the keys to some other guy no problem.....

Vegetarian options: I ordered veggie patty but the veggies are not added in enough quantity. Staff is not making subway as per my preference.
I visited Subway last night and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered two foot-long sandwiches, and the turban guy making them was very rude. He works in customer service but doesn’t seem to know how to talk to customers properly.
I also ordered some cookies and specifically asked for them to be warmed up, but he gave them to me cold. On top of that, the sandwiches were not packed properly—everything was messy. I spent $35, and for that price, I expected at least decent service.
If you don’t want to work, then why are you even here? No one is forcing you, but if you’re in a customer-facing role, the least you can do is provide basic courtesy. I wish I could give less than one star, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I wish i could give zero star, the sub was so so dry no sauce at all the only sauce i saw was mayo thats all even though i asked for extra sauce they didn’t care, when we called in the restaurant to ask about it the guy who was working last night was super rude and said i did put extra sauce so i don’t really know where all the sauces went. Horrible experience had to throw the sub total waste of money.
Ordered online and went to the store at the same time to customize my order and dine in. I have already done this 2-3 times at this location so I never excepted any issues. But today the guy working there said no and as we were confused why, he started to raise his voice. I felt very threatened by his customer service. Now that's just one of the bad parts of my experience. While I was making the sub, Punjabi music is playing and I felt out of place. As this is a Canadian/American institution I wasn't very welcomed. Now after getting our subs to dine in. The Punjabi music was way too loud I couldn't hear my friend talking. I asked the worker to turn the sound down but it was still loud. So we left without dining in and ate somewhere else. Was very dissatisfied with my experience here. Won't be coming back. Untrained workers with poor manners.

To say I'm immensely disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a spicy chicken, which came with no sauce, dressings and a few toppings. And a meatball sub, that came as a few slices of salami and no sauce. I would recommend that anybody avoid this location if you value your money and want to enjoy your hard-earned meal.
