I came in, waited and the front for a full 10 minutes before I was served. The two workers were just in the back chit chatting. I had to call from them loudly to finally get their attention to come take my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Placed this order.. and due to it being my first using the app, there was an incentive to get free potato rings.. upon arrival, I was told the fryer and grill were already off.. considering this is a 24hr location there’s no excuse for why the grill, fryer AND toaster was off, I’ve never seen the toaster off. Pure laziness. I ate a cold sub? Why? The first lady I spoke to cared nothing about it, when the “supervisor” came, he walked in, eating and spoke with his mouth full saying “sorry everything’s off, but please can you leave it for today and come back tomorrow and everything will be on and working” and absolute joke and waste of money. Did not appreciate the lack of consideration. I wasn’t offered any compensation, I wasn’t given any written proof that I’d be able to get the free potato rings after that day. Very disappointed. I’ve been to subway at 4am and could still get my bread at the very least toasted. These are the people you have representing your brand. Sad
Harpreet and kalpna were really great! Made the orders fast, greeted with great enthusiasm and smile. Great service! 🤍 This is our usual go to spot, so service is what we look for! Nice spot, must come.

I ordered nashville chicken sandwich, and food was not not the best , she didn’t cooperate also she kept talking to her colleagues while serving us i need to repeat my order like nth times … cause she was busy with her chit chats . Very bad service
