Customer service was horrible and even did not want to accept there mistake they are saying that it was my mistake. On top of that i did not add olive they put olives too. Sub was not toasted properly patty was cold and cheese was not melted. I will never visit this store. Do not like the way, they are serving and start arguing with customer. While I was going to exist store manager or senior staff start arguing with me and my partner that we should remove few wording from our review and she was so rude can’t even explain this is how store training employees. They do not want to except there mistake she mentioned if I have allergy because of Olives need doctor note. Worst customer service ever.

We visited this store we ordered 3 subways and it was toasted but when we got it was very cold, and we complained about this. They said it toasted but we order from other branches as well and we order same thing but we were never disappointed. And for other sub also we got olives which was not even ordered. Even the staff was arguing about toasted or not toasted. She was rude.
This was our first and last visit to this store.

I visited at subway this morning around 6:45 for picking up DoorDash order and I also want to order my sub but the girl who was there she is very very rude she don’t know how to speak with customers. She declined our order. And then i grabbed DoorDash order and said thank you but she didn’t reply.
I am very disappointed with services and atmosphere.

Whole store is empty still the employee told us to order through the kiosk. Is this some new subway policy? Their POS were working fine as well. Whats the point?
After a while their friend came and they took their order in person instead of kiosk!
Isn't that great?
Wasted a whole lot of time.
Never visiting again EVER! WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE!

Very poor order service lady told me to order on machine and after that I ask for grilled sub but they don't have griller over there and points scanner was not working I don't even get my points. Very low level subway.

It’s an 24 hour subway ..but I guess the staff at the night shift randomly canceled my subway sandwich ordered when it was showing 11 mints.
