I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this store's practice of requiring tips during the checkout process. The prompt screen makes it difficult to avoid tipping, as there is no option to skip it. I have reported this issue to the Subway headquarters with video evidence. Also the Men's washroom door handle is broken since 1 year with no fixing.

I come to this location very often because it's very close to where I live, lots of parking, the workers are very fast very polite,Especially Bhavy! Very nice very friendly polite mannerly and very fast at his job which is key for me, every time I go there, he's working alone and never has any issue, give this boy a raise Subway!
