Come here to ordered a chicken teriyaki sub for 5.99 plus text as the lady told me about around 2 o’clock
She was pretty rude to start with
Felt like she was forced to work no greeting or anything
She was in a pretty hurry to finish making my sandwich and giving me an unpleasant look (There was only one other customer was there which she already had served)
Coming to food which was okay thats the reason to give one star
But for sure i won’t be coming back coz of the customer service

I came here to get a pizza sub after work the female prepared the sub.. when I went to pay I handed her a $50. Bill she replied that she has no change so I left and went to the pizza store next door. How do you not have any change in your cash register when it is 7pm. She probably kept the sub and ate it herself. Worst subway location will never go back

She is not good. I asked her for extra veggies but she ignore it. My experience was very bad here. So. I recommend to go other instead of coming here.

I order a veggie delight from DoorDash and they make it very bad .
Taste too bad - no sauces inside just a single layer only at the starting 😟Very poor service

Zero star if I could worst eve experience with the staff no smile and the way of making sub is incredible specially when u ask for extra veggies and still they put veggies like they are coming from their homes or they are paying for it. Never gonna come back again bcz the girl working today at 12.30pm was very rude and even misbehaved while asking for extra veggies. I totally recommend not to visit this place and spending money over here where u receive worst customer service.

I recently visited Subway, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I loved the variety of fresh ingredients available for my sandwich. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted, while the veggies were crisp and vibrant. They offer me drinks that was really worth to visit the place

I attended at the subway at Kennedy & Clarence at Brampton. I ordered 2 footlongs and one six inch and I thought I would try the new footlongs pretzel. The footlongs were on flatbread. Unfortunately the flatbread was so dry and hard that they were not really edible. The pretzel was hard as a rock. I used to buy subs from that store for years. The subs used to be fantastic. However, the last year the subs have been terrible. The lettuce was browning and soggy and the tomatoes were so soggy they should not be used. It's a shame but I won't go there again. I will attend the Mr. Sub down the street from now on. 😔😔

Went to store around 11:35am. Worst customer service i have recevied. Crew member doesn't know how to greet customers and she was so rude. Like we are paying for food at least please smile while talking to customers. Spoiled all my day
