Very unpleasant service. She was Unable to add the potato rings even if i am paying extra for that she said owner told us not to put potato rings in the sub even we are paying extra. Totally disgusting service at this subway will not come again

Horrible service. Staff are worthless. Do not bother with this location.
Edit: 1 year later and this place is still horrible: Bun was stale and hard. Had to go back to store to return. Staff are very incompetent and unprofessional. When asked why they gave me stale bread they said "sometimes the bread is like that". Suggest investigation from Peel Public Health. Will not be returning here again.

Seriously worst service ever By subway. Ordered online and made it wrong . I don't understand everything was written on the receipt and still wrong sandwiches . And when I called them they hanged up twice after i said i got wrong sandwiches. Owner should check on them and train them properly.

I ordered foot long vegedelight today, taste so awful . Bread was not fresh, lettuce and tomatoes are not fresh either, taste of tomatoes were so yucky. Less stuffing of vegetables , looks like they are saving money. Dressing they added is like they don’t want to put it on, very less amount of dressing in subway. Overall it was tasteless. Wastage of money. I will never order any sub from this store. I wasted my time and money,
