I Ordered takeout through the app, and I’m beyond disappointed. Not a single part of the order was as described. I specifically ordered a Big Veggie and they skipped adding the veggie patty, which is supposed to be the main item. How can you miss the core of the meal?
To make it worse, there’s no clear way to contact support through the app—no chat, no email, nothing. Just a frustrating loop of useless options. When you’re paying for something specific, the least you expect is accuracy and some form of accountability.

We ordered the Easy Order catering platter. The box of 15 mini subs were supposed to be wrapped and then cut. They were all loose in the box and when we opened at home the fillings were everywhere. This picture shows them, unwrapped, after I had to put the fillings back in the bins. Not nice or hygienic! We have ordered from other locations and it was much better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE TRINITY COMMON location.

I told to the girl named rajveer kaur to make 2 6 inches but no pickles in one and that one should be not spicy? and what she did added pickles in both and made both spicy. They need training for sure

The food itself tasted okay. Three of the employees who had long hair were NOT wearing a hairnet. I don’t order any sauces on my sandwich, but they used a dirty knife covered in different sauces to cut my sub in half. Extremely not impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

Horrible. They didn't have any bread other than white . When I tried to tell them what I wanted they just threw it on . We asked for a light toast but they left it and then the bread was falling apart . We got 3 subs and asked for 1 to be a combo with drink and chips and then just 2 drinks and she had no idea what we were talking about , she had to get the other girl to help . We sat to eat and the line got long and the other girl just did the garbage and left the other girl alone .. dont ever stop there
