Personally, I expect to be dually acknowledged and received well so that I may create quality services, relationships, and patronages.

The lack of professionalism is starkly apparent in this establishment. While the staff presented themselves to be uninviting, the customer’s meal took far too long to prepare as a breakfast meal since the order was assigned to be picked up for delivery. Above all, the atmosphere was not busy to justify the delay in preparation.

Ultimately, the current ratings for this location is a sound reflection of its performance and quality.

Don't buy via TGTG app. They will cancel your order even though there's still 2 hrs before closing time!
I drove extra 15 minutes after a 12 hr shift to arrive and see cancellation of my order.
Beyond ridiculous. That's one part of why your reviews on Google are low. Think about customers!
Don't want to sell at discount on the app then DON'T PUT 5+ AVAILABLE. I only wanted 2.

First of all, having a 2.8 star review overall is VERY telling of this place and the people who work here and own this dump. For starters, you can count on going hungry and wasting your money if you order online as it’ll take upwards to 3-5 hours to get your food. No joke. Secondly, this place is SKETCHY, as they have no phone number or website…as if they are blatantly trying to avoid accountability. I really hope this place closes down. Oh and the ladies who work here and always sour, miserable and wearing bonnets. What a shame, owners/managers you should be really embarrassed.

I had such a great experience here! The worker Kayla, was absolutely amazing she was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we came in , She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests.

The food was also incredible fresh, flavorful, and came out hot and well-prepared. Between the excellent service from Kayla and the delicious food, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back

Absolutely delicious! I had the ackee and saltfish breakfast with boil provisions. if you know you know at Sunrise Caribbean Restaurant, and it was perfection — fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The restaurant is spotless, with a clean, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for enjoying a meal without feeling rushed. If you’re craving authentic Caribbean flavors with excellent service, Sunrise is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back to this location🌴🍽️

All ok I recommend

The lady at the desk was really nice and sweet. I was thirsty and needed water but didn’t have any money at that time and she gave me a water bottle for free. Even Starbucks and la pinos pizza near it refused to give it and demanded money but this lady really helped me.

The jerk chicken was absolutely delicious—juicy, full of flavor, and cooked just right. I’d give it a strong 4.5 out of 5. There was no wait time, which was great, but as a customer service still felt a bit off. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or engaged, which brought down the overall vibe. I’d rate the service 2.5 out of 5. Amazing food, but the hospitality could use some work.

I ordered a large jerk chicken. Don’t waste your money. The food is tasteless. Quality is horrible. The chicken is cold and not stored in a food safe place. I wouldn’t order from here ever again . I am really surprised this restaurant is still open.

Why only halal, not everyone eating halal 😡
