New Ownership! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner, Wayne, today. His customer service was both pleasant and professional! The curried goat and stewed chicken were both delicious! And it’s always nice to support Jamaican owned and operated businesses near home.

I’m an uber eats courier and I have to say service, atmosphere, and food is not worth the time to visit or eat in.

Food literally got me sick today. I am disappointed, really wanted to support. Warning others…. Steer clear

i went here with my bf today we get sunrise a lot since we love it this location the women who served was was sooooo nice and kind to us. the food was really really good. the portion for the price is so worth coming here.

New location! Food is fresher than with the older owners! Sweet family !! Give them a second chance

I walked in when it was a bit busy, the lady working behind the counter threw her hands up and asked me to leave because she was too busy. Never experienced this before and I had been a regular customer. New management may be to blame for this lack of customer service. I won’t be returning

HORRIBLE FOOD!!! Do not go here !! THE NEW OWNER is horrible . I WAS SOLD SPOILED FOOD!! SPOILED RICE AND MEAT!! And he finds a way to add additional cost to the bill . DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don’t have a contact number ! THEY SELL SPOILED FOOD !

This place is a scam. They have a bogo jerk chicken deal on Uber eats, picture shows a proper box with good portion. Description makes it seem like it's a good amount for 2 people. What came was totally different, 2 small boxes that's enough for 1 meal for 1 person. Paid extra for the coleslaw and got a tiny amount in a little sauce container.

All this for $40, if I went to any other jerk chicken place 2 of us would be able to get 2 full jerk chicken dinners and usually those places have large enough portions to eat it twice.

After all this you'd at least expect the food to be good, but nah rice was stale and hard, chicken was okay but dry and clearly reheated. The only thing decent was the coleslaw.

Save your money and time.
Don't use bogo option on uber. They will charge you $22 for one small little box no bigger than a big mac box (might even be smaller)
I don't know how they stay in business. I pray my fam don't get food poisoning from this disgrace 😒

Cold hard dry rice. Food has all bone no meat and if you’re putting carrots in curry maybe you shouldn’t be cooking.
Please don’t eat at sunrise so many other places

I have not visited this location and was not served, so this is based strictly on food but I did order from here by Uber delivery and it was terrible food, we did not get the portion size that was listed on the app and the chicken tasted old and spoiled, the rice only had little flavor from the graves that was put on it.
The packaging it was delivered in was no good because we got it all wet, we could not finish it and decided to contact Uber for unsatisfactory portion size and food quality, it's a real disappointment because I have seen many locations of Sunrise Caribbean and this is what we get. I don't recommend this location especially since it was delivered and they did not care for what was sent out.

As a Westindian I am disappointed and disgusted! I paid $20.00 for curry goat and rice&peas...and I got literally 2 pieces of meat and stale dry rice&peas AND the worst of all, the food looked as though someone was eating it!. And they're advertising as "new management". This place needs to be reported to the health department. Save your money and avoid this place!

Food nasty as hell, u guys need me to come work as the chef. I cook good just never cook for plenty people before but hit me up if y’all need help. Festival dark brown and touch and bitter, rice and peas SOURR bad. Curry goat was stale smh fried dumplings was nice but too chewy! Do better ughh

I’ve been here a lot and it’s unfortunate that this place is so up and down. I’ve been served hair in my food, cold chicken, stale rice and peas and not to mention, I always order the same food but got charged different amounts at times. Turned off and won’t be coming here again. The customer service and overall cleanliness of the place is all I could say that is plus!
