I had a lovely experience at the Sunset Grill Brampton location. When I arrived it was really busy, and had a a short wait of about 6-8mi s. They were able to give me a table for just myself. My waitress Kelly was simply amazing! I applaud her for her patience and overall efficiency in handling the busy atmosphere even when some of the clients seemed to be quite demanding! She is a better person for it as I am not quite sure that I could! Lol! The food arrived hot and was delicious!...
What an amazing place. The food is just incredible and served hot. The waiting staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They make sure to stick to all your requirements, even if it is just some extra butter or extra chocolate in your drink, they made sure all of us were completely satisfied. Food is just amazing, pancakes were so soft and tasty while the omelettes were filled with veggies and cheese. The toasts were so fresh and Mouth watering. Their signature deluxe hot chocolate...
I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually a good experience. I really like the service but it is just way too tight and crowded in there. We went today and the food was just over salted and cold. We were a family of four and they seated us in a very crowded area when there was plenty of other free spots that they could have sat us at instead. Will probably not return.
