No complaints here! Popped in for an early morning Sunday breakfast with my husband and we were very happy with our experience! We beat the rush, seated ourselves and were served immediately. Our food was fast to get to our table. Our meals and coffee were fresh and we enjoyed our visit to this location overall. We will definitely be back.

My 7 year old and I ate brunch today and I was shocked by the bill. I was charged $5.50 for a lemonade for my son and was not expecting this at all. It was not fresh juice. I just checked and your menu says that lemonade of this price is for fresh juice, when in season, so why was I charged this amount. The waitress even told me that it is from the bottle and a name brand juice. This is outrageous. When I ordered juice for my son, I was going to get the bottled juice and the waitress said you also had lemonade. Not fresh squeezed and hence I ordered it as lemonade is a fav of my son. In what world do you charge the fresh squeezed price for regular juice?? It bothered me and I even commented my surprise at the time and looked up the menu just now as it came to mind again. Also, I paid almost $19 for a Greek salad with chicken. The chicken was so tough that I could barely chew it and the salad was sub standard and packed onto a too small plate so it was almost impossible to eat without it falling off the plate and done to make it appear large when it was not. I paid $6.99 for the added chicken and it was so bad and almost impossible to chew. With the 18% tip, I paid over $57 for 2 people. The only saving grace was the nice waitress. An egg breakfast and my salad should not cost this much for 2 people. I will never visit here again. You owe me my money back for the lemonade. I should of been charged the regular juice price and not for fresh juice. This is a bait and switch.

This was an immensely lovely place to dine at for breakfast. I had a hot chocolate which came with free whipped cream. Very sweet and decent. Before 9am there is a 5.99 breakfast; 3 eggs toast and home fries which I think is very reasonable. The one I got was 3 eggs, home fries and added bacon and pancakes for 8.99 - very reasonable. Bacon and eggs cooked perfectly. Potatoes slightly underdone but salt fixed it. Pancakes were very good. They are plain and come with free butter and syrup. They were very tasty and simple. The sole waitress did an incredible job of handling restaurant on her own. We did not have to wait long and she was proactive with things like coffee refills and asking us if we needed takeaway boxes. Atmosphere was a bit noisy as one table was yapping but that is not fault of establishment. Overall would come again and deserves its high rating.

Absolutely horrendous food. I guess they don't know what home fries are. They gave us boiled potatoes cut like home fries and when we asked for replacement they gave us 4 thin slices of raw tomatoes. There were 2 chefs cooking and 2 servers running around like headless chicken with only 5 tables occupied. None of them could offer a proper replacement of the fries which we did not even touch. Neither they were thoughtful enough to offer discount since we ate only half of our breakfast and paid full money for it. I think they are in wrong business.

Always pleasant staff and quick service, even when packed on the weekends - sometimes the pancakes are over cooked but always good.

Potatoes are really badd. Stale as if made days ago. Absolutely no taste. Even after trying to add some salt n pepper still no good . Ended up throwing it out.

I called in to place an order about 20 mins ago (January 26th, 2025 at 11:57am) and got the all day junior as well as the pancake fruit and bacon light meals along with their “freshly squeezed orange and freshly squeezed lemonade”. Yet to our surprise, when my girlfriend walked in, the employee was literally pouring the juice out from a Simply Lemonade and Simply Orange bottle. This is honestly ridiculous and my girlfriend didn’t want to make a big deal about it but we literally paid extra and for something that’s advertised as freshly squeezed when we could’ve just bought the damn bottles for cheaper if that’s what it was going to be anyway. And to top it off, the food wasn’t great either. The eggs were bland, potatoes weren’t cooked proper either and the bacon tasted old. Will never return to another sunset grill since they just false advertise and try to defend it in a stupid way when you call them out for it saying “it’s still fresh”. Smh. Super disappointed.

The worst Sunset Grill in Ontario! I was so shocked by the horrible food, I took half my order to go. I ordered bacon and received two sausages 🫠🤨! As soon as I arrived home, I threw ALL of the leftover food in the trash 🗑!!!!

The hash browns are horrible. The only decent tasting thing was my orange juice! The yogurt parfait looks NOTHING like the photo! You people cut LARGE pieces of cantaloupe into it to make it look FULL!!

Never again!
