During a visit on a Friday evening, the restaurant was not particularly busy, but the lone server, Terry, was responsible for attending to all the tables. Despite the staff shortage, Terry was attentive and apologetic, doing his best to ensure the customers' needs were met. Another visit highlighted an exceptional server, a friendly and kind bald man, who went above and beyond to ensure the diners' satisfaction.
In a separate incident, a customer encountered an issue with a missing portion of their order, but the restaurant's manager acknowledged the oversight and promptly rectified the situation by delivering the missing items, a "sorry" note, and a complimentary piece of cheesecake.
