Came in for dinner on Friday, it wasn’t particular busy but we noticed our server Terry was the only person serving in the whole restaurant. I would say there were 9-10 tables when we first walked in. I can to believe the management left one person to take care of all the tables all evening. I do later see another girl helping him to carry the food out to the tables, but still it was a little much. Terry was very apologetic for the short of staff. He tried his best to be attentive and checked in with us best he could, we would return to give this place another try in the future because of Terry.

There was an amazing server i did not get his name unfortunately I remember he was a bald male. he was one of the best servers I have ever had he was very friendly and kind to me and my grandma allways making sure are food was good and that we had everything we needed he even gave us more sauce without being asked to.if you ever go to this location I would highly recommend him as a sever

If you are in a rush or hungry plan on waiting or go somewhere else. Our server was the only one taking care of all the tables. The manager came out and walked past our table didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the delay and offer to at least get our drinks. He even came back and cleared the table in front of us and still no acknowledgment. This is the worst customer service. Being gracious goes a long way. New management is required.

Went for lunch shortly after it opened. The chicken was definitely leftovers warmed up from the previous night. Dry and not moist at all. Not fair to serve yesterday's chicken to today's first customers. Also noticed the Manager was often standing around talking, while the very busy server did all the work.

I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs and baked potato ...the meal was terrible! The ribs and potato were dry. It was like I got yesterday's warmed up bit. If this is how the ribs or baked potato are normally, I'd recommend Swiss Chalet remove them from the menu entirely. Other than the food, the service was good and the restaurant was comfortable. I'm disappointed as I went out of my way to go to Swiss Chalet. I should have stuck to my original plan.

Most unorganized take out service I have ever been to. She messed up so many people's orders. We even asked for napkins before we left, a lady said she'll get it and she just forgot about us and started making a salad. Don't waste your time going there. You'll get unneeded stress.

We had a bit of an issue with half our order missing when we did the valet pick up. We called the store and the manager acknowledged that it was their oversight and sent a delivery person to our home with the rest of the order, a “sorry” note and a piece of cheesecake ?

Picked up some take out from the drive thru today. The girl at the window was really nice and friendly. The food was very good and nicely packed. Chicken tasted fresh and was filling. Probably my favourite location.

Pre ordered thanksgiving dinner Came almost 30 minutes after the time agreed upon 2 days earlier, and COLD. I don’t eat cold chicken unless i’ve seen it prepared, and I certainly don’t expect to pay for it.
Friday night bad experience the food ,Beef menu was salty ,vegetables cold like rubber and most small pieces of potatoes burned. Horrible food presentation Why now so bad. I have visit Swiss Chalet for year with pleasure.

We ordered dinner for delivery and we’ve ordered from here many times before. Usually the fries are soft so we asked for extra crispy and they were about the same. My husband’s chicken and bun were great, my wrap looked a little burnt but it was great too.

Take out was quick and efficient where I had the quarter chicken dinner. Chicken was moist and the fries were fresh however the fries could be a little more crisp.

This Swiss Chalet location is the best. The service and food is awesome. The staff are so nice. Olivia is so friendly and attentive. She goes out of her way to ensure everything is perfect. These are some tough times we are all going through and people like Olivia are the Hero’s of these times. She has no idea how much she helps us by just being so welcoming and caring and making us laugh. The time we are there distracts us from all the hardships and stress. Thank you all and especially Olivia.

Today we went back for the first time since all the restrictions have lifted and once again great food and service! Terry was our server and he was amazing (like always).
