These places are so outdated, so are the menus and prices are relatively high considering the low quality food. The only good part is the soft drinks come in large glasses.

Best fries ever, was just in Paris and their frites don’t compare! They came plentiful and HOT Always great chicken. Cranberry portions could have been larger. SAM was great. Fast, efficient and friendly.

🚫 Absolutely Horrible Experience at Swiss Chalet – West Drive, Brampton (Thanksgiving 2025) 🚫
What an utter disappointment this location turned out to be. We came in around 4:30 PM on Sunday, October 12, 2025, hoping to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving meal — and instead got one of the worst dining experiences ever.
First off, it took over an hour just to get our drinks and appetizers. Then, after finishing those, we waited another 30–45 minutes for the main course to finally show up. The excuse? Apparently, “most of the staff were on break and they were short-staffed.” Seriously? During dinner rush and on a holiday weekend? That’s just ridiculous.
We repeatedly asked for a manager, but of course — no one ever showed up. I guess the manager was “on break,” too. In this industry, any half-competent manager knows that from 4 PM to 8 PM you do NOT send people on break, especially when the restaurant is full of paying guests trying to enjoy dinner.
This whole experience was a complete failure from start to finish. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and management was nowhere to be found. I’ve had way better service at other Swiss Chalet locations, but this one? Never again.
As a content creator and travel influencer with a large audience across YouTube and other platforms, I always try to highlight good local spots — but this place will definitely not be one of them. I will not be recommending this location to anyone, ever.

Avoid this Swiss Chalet at all costs.
