This is one of the better locations of Swiss Chalet. We had requested a takeout over the app and within a minute they called to confirm and replace one item which they had run out. The order was available on time as well.

Went to pickup order for a customer at 8.40 pm on Monday January 10th/2022. On website scheduled closing time is 10 pm on above date, but the strange part is restaurant was closed at 8.40 what a waste of time. I waited 15 minutes outside went in front and back in today's extreme cold weather. If restaurant was closed why skip order was accepted skip just paid $2.20 for cancelled order, when I went through such a stress. Skip should cancel swiss chalet from its list of restaurants

The food is no different than what you get at any other Swiss Chalet. The reason for my low rating is customer service. We ordered 2 holiday special meals that were supposed to come with 5 lindor truffles each. We got only 1 in the order and when I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was told that they don't have lindor chocolates. I asked them to let the customer know at the time of pick up; that the order is going to be incomplete and the response from the restaurant clearly indicated that they don't care.

Walked in 8 45. They said they close at 9 although website says 10. Tried to get me to rush to eat my food in 10 mins. Makes you question how precooked everything is. It is impossible to cook and eat food in 10 mins. Don't ever come here. Lazy staff. Fake hours. Walked out.

Avoid this place at all costs. The management is crazy rude and unprofessional. Went there to pick up an over the phone order and the owner became extremely rude and started shouting at me because I entered through the wrong door. I tried to explain that the door was open when I came - but kept threatening me. Even used some foul language with the customer. This was my first ever visit to Swiss chalet and it willBe my last. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Food always great. Was disappointed to see that after being closed for 18 months the place was not sparkling clean. If I go again, and that's if, and find no change I won't be back.

Yesterday I made an order for take out.. Wings 30 pieces sweet thai chili, Half Rack BBQ Back Ribs with 2 buns, 2 Cheese Perogies and 2 Lemon Meringue Pies.. I received the wings not sweet thai chili.. They were regular just BBq that we didn't like them.. I received just 1 bun.. And the 2 lemons meringue pies were damaged, the base was completely separated and destroyed, we couldn't eat it......before the pandemic this location was so good but now!! What happened with you guys?
I ordered online et voilà YOGI, delivery man showed up way before 3:52 when my order was expected to arrive. First for everything: chicken fingers, steamed mixed veggies, perogies and chocolate fudge slice of cake. I usually order 1/4 chicken dinner with frites but I like to change it up since I am a Gemini sign and good choices I made for watching Italy beat England. *Suggestion: Please bring back GHIRARDELLI chocolates with your Festive promo meals - not a big Lindt fan.

Couple of days ago I ordered 3 back ribs combo and I paid $100. The food was horrible. It was so dry and burnt you couldn't even give it to your dog. Extremely disappointed. Sorry but I just realized the County Court location is wrong. The Swiss Chalet I visited was on Hurontario and Eglinton.

Called in for pick-up. The person who answered my call didn't know what "mesquite sauce" was. She couldn't find it in the system and asked me to spell it. The whole call to order for 5 people lasted over 10 mins because of the mesquite sauce.Picked it up, and when I got home, it was missing the gravy that I ordered and the bacon for the caesar salad - which I specifically said to include. Called them and they asked me to come back, but I don't want to do another trip just for that. They offered to give me $10 credit for my next order. We'll see if they'll honour that.
