Terrible service from Server Aislyn. Took forever to get our order just for it to all come out wrong. She was not even there to fix or apologize. Took forver for our bill and she did not even bill us out. Seen other tables on her section having the same problem. Just terrible because this location is good. She’s pushing people out.

So disappointed. My family and I went for diner tonight and it was just terrible. I have never in my life waited so long to have my drink order taken, to have my food served or to get my bill. My diner was also terrible, cold and not appetizing.

For some reason, on multiple occasion's I have received orders that are completely wrong and with items missing.Instead of roast beef sandwhich received the plated beef dinner, instead of 32 oz soup I received 32 oz of chalet sauce, instead of regular rotisserie chicken I received honey glazed, I had two missing sides out of four with the family dinner, another time there was no soup at all when ordered and paid for. Other little issues are no crackers for a 32 oz soup on take out order or no butter for the rolls.I’ve made the mistake three times not to completely check my order prior to leaving the location to find out the issues at home. There is no language barrier and the order is usually repeated and confirmed through the PA system at drive thru.The location does provide customer credit but at that moment when you have a family to feed missing two sides or the wrong order, or 32 oz sauce vs soup is a big problem….
