Very rude workers! None of these workers know how to talk properly and have respect before they get a job. Don’t come here!

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT THE OWNER IS SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!This is the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant in my entire life. First of all, I am a massive supporter of black-owned businesses and I'm usually not the type to do this, but I have to do this to create awareness. My experience with the owner of this business was terrible. She is the most unethical, rude, disrespectful, and uneducated businesswoman I've ever seen. The moment I walked in, she was being rude with her attitude. At first, I thought she was just having a bad day, so I ignored her. But then, when she brought the food to my table, she asked me to come wash my hands. I mean, she was ordering me around like a baby, saying "OGA come wash your hand here." I asked her if she had a vanity by the side because I saw a table that looked like one. With the food still in her hands, she shouted, "What is wrong with you? Are you going to teach me my business? I have been in this country for 12 years now."Mind you, where she's asking me to wash my hands is behind her sales counter, which I wasn't comfortable with. Normally, restaurants have their vanities installed in the washroom or in a space very accessible to the customer. I wasn't comfortable with going behind someone's sales counter to wash my hands before eating. This woman started insulting me, schooling me on Nigerian food, food that I've been eating for the past 28 years. Then she dropped the food on the table and said, "Oga, sit down and eat your food, make you dey go." That's when I lost it!After a heated argument with her, this lady decided to call the police on me. So, I told her I'd sit and wait for the police to come. This is not Nigeria where you call the police to intimidate people. This is CANADA! I waited for the police, and they finally arrived. She explained her side of the story to the young officer, and the officer asked her, "Is this why you called us here?" She said yes, and then he said, "So what do you want us to do to him?" She said to let me go. The young officer then asked to have a word with me privately outside. He said he could tell that the lady is very unethical and rude with the way she was describing the situation. The officer said the best thing to do is not to bring her any more business and to leave a review for her. We all went our separate ways.Avoid this restaurant at all cost if you value your money!

this had to be the worst service I have ever received from an African company; Me aswell being African. The lady insulted me in her language ans if I didn’t understand and I have yet to receive my refund due to “miscommunication”. Please save your money!

Food is great. The chin-chins are also a very tasty snack. The lady who owns the restaurant is also very nice!

The chin-chin snacks they sold me were soo delicious and affordable at 2.50 a bag it makes for a perfect combo to any coffee or as a topping to a sweet treat like strawberry icecream. The egusi was very nice and soo was the bread such a nice savoury dish, may god bless this place and cheers

Terrible experience! I ordered 2 plates of jollof and 1 of ayamase with white rice. The jollof and chicken was very average. The fish was salty. The white rice was bad! It’s like they scrapped the burnt part of a 2 days old white rice. It wasn’t edible at all! I called the restaurant and they were NOT professional! I meant the lady put me on hold and was jesting with other people. She came back online and started giving some silly irrelevant excuses. They should just stick with the chinchin and probably leave the food to those that can cookEdited; Owner probably figured out her last caller dropped a review on google. She called me back to hurl insults Instead of her to ask how she could have made it better ??‍♀️ This is why some businesses don’t do well, they fail to learn. Customer satisfaction is zero for this business. They would rather argue and defend themselves.

My honest review: I love to support local black businesses but lets call a spade a spade here. The snacks are good (chin chin and pie) and thats it. I was excited when I found out about this restaurant on goggle as it's close to my work but I was beyond disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. I gave the benefit of the doubt and recently ordered from them again, no difference. I wont be patronizing this business anymore.Btw, the lady who owns the business forces customers to order online, this shouldn't be the only option. Customers shouldn't be harassed for calling to place an order over the phone OR asking for an ETA when the food will be ready for pickup. Please do better.

AMAZING!! We hosted my husband's birthday dinner and the food was catered by T&T. If I could give 10 stars I would. Top 2 things that are very important for me Sevice and Taste and they nailed both. We all enjoyed every dish that was made. We will be ordering again!

The owner is AMAZING! This woman creates the best chin chin I’ve ever tried in my entire life!!! It’s so addictive! We are selling it at Gilgal African Caribbean and it sells out constantly!! Thank you my dear!

Wasn't please at all first ever being disappointed. Over priced and the portion of food I felt totally violated for what I spent. The owner thought she would educate me on Nigerian food which I've been eating for over 18yrs. I knew actually what I wanted but got schooled. The ultimate disgrace when the owner still thought to make a point the chin chin (snack)brought Nigerians to Canada. I said in my head oh no she didn't. I didn't feel welcome and will never buy food here again. Will stick to the few I know Ola restaurant, Lola catering, Sheva and Naija restaurant. I will spend my money and still have leftovers.
