One of the worst Nachos chips I ever tasted. Felt like throwing up. Either they were fried in bad oil or they are really that stale. I have been a regular customer to this. Don’t know how they can serve such worst chips. Wish I could give zero stars!

Ordered Taco Bell two days in a row and both orders were wrong.
Day one: Crunchwrap and fries supreme were missing. Day two: a Crunchwrap was missing again even though I specifically left a note. My Cinnabon Delights were also missing. Fries were cold with very small portions.
I also clearly stated in the notes that if any items were out of stock, the entire order should be cancelled, yet missing items were still sent. No sauces were included either.
Paying for food you don’t receive multiple days in a row is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Awful workers and terrible food, they gave us some kind of crunch wrap with beef when we ordered a chicken quesadilla and we can’t eat beef. Please avoid this location they purposefully don’t give you a receipt so that they can’t give you a refund or the right order.

This Taco Bell location is now the closest to us since the one on Bovaird and Mclaughlin has turned to exclusively to KFC.

This place doesn’t know how to read apparently. First time we ordered on Uber, we waited an hour for the restaurant to even prepare the order. When we received the orde, it was a KFC order when we ordered Taco Bell, had to drive to the restaurant and replace our order just to wait another 25 minutes in the restaurant. Tonight we tried to order again. We were missing half of our order, the wrong sized drinks and the wrong tacos. Trying to get ahold of the restaurant I had to call 10 times for someone to pick up the phone and hang up on me. When I finally got ahold of someone they asked if we could come back a different day to get the order. Again we had to drive to the restaurant to have everything replaced and made fresh. How hard is it to read an order off a screen, pack it and send it out for delivery?

This is my second time ordering from this location still the same complaint. The portioning at this location is not same as other locations. My crunchwrap was literally half of the size of a normal crunchwrap.

Confused & Frustrated ordering at drive thru. Speaker echoed the entire order. Drove up to the window and greeted with my total $12.08. When asked for my order to be read back to me. Girl at window, stated an order that was different than what I wanted 2 soft taco supremes with fries supreme and drink. I didn’t want the fries supreme, I only asked for cheesy fries. Girl stated “I won’t charge you extra, but that’s the same price”. Confused on this.
