Confused & Frustrated ordering at drive thru. Speaker echoed the entire order. Drove up to the window and greeted with my total $12.08. When asked for my order to be read back to me. Girl at window, stated an order that was different than what I wanted 2 soft taco supremes with fries supreme and drink. I didn’t want the fries supreme, I only asked for cheesy fries. Girl stated “I won’t charge you extra, but that’s the same price”. Confused on this.

I got food at this location I ordered a zinger burger and then when I drove home and bit into the burger the chicken was uncooked!!!! The chicken was still pink that is so disgusting and I could’ve seriously gotten sick never going back to this location ever in my life. I wish I had saved the burger and taken pictures but I was so disgusted I threw it out right away what a waste of my time and money disgusting

such shit quality man they took 1 hour 45 mins to deliver my food on uber. it kept saying Preparing and when i called their phone THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER. finally when my food came it was the wrong order of course
Might be the most incompetent group of people working at this location. Cannot read instructions for a side sauce and sent me a big cup of carbonated water instead of 7up. Pathetic. Hire people that give a damn to serve customers.

2 burritos, 1 Supreme fries, 1 taco and despite adding it to my order there was not ONE sauce. And goodness forbid I get a FORK or A NAPKIN! I see why they don't even have a 4 star on Uber Eats. It's lovely to get the food but maybe if people who cared about the experience were employed that would be great. Nice to have a job but care about having one or find a job that does not involve customer service. Gone are the days of customer service, the first time I've ordered from taco bell in years for for this exact reason...nice to see that you are keeping consistent with crappy service. I'll order fresher tacos from Fresh Burrito as I have been going forward. Also...still waiting for the beef in my beef burrito ⌚️...
