This location is always mediocre. My entire order was wrong. I was asked twice if i wanted a beef or veggie combo and still ended up with the wrong order. Handicap doors also don't work.
We came here after unfriendly awful experience with expensive food truck. So we ordered good selection variety and $20 got both of full. Good new selection and not long wait . Thanks 🇨🇦

Terrible, waited 30 minutes for 1 combo in the drive thru. That's awful customer service, I won't come here for sure. Don't waste your time.

This location has repeatedly disappointing. Either they screwed up the order or they take forever. I always order from the app so no reason to mess up the order. Today was even worse i waited 30 min in drive through. At one point they could find my order. Then when i l finally got to the window and waited a longer i was asked to park, i refused. The only Bright side was a worker named Crystal. She was very apologetic. And made sure we had fresh fries so they weren’t soggy. I also heard her trying to get the other workers get things going as they were backlogged. Kodos to Crystal, they need more worker like her.

This kfc/Taco Bell always get your order wrong i don’t know why it’s so hard for them to to get it right they always have to get it wrong they should all be fired and find better people. I’ve put up with wrong order with this location way too many times.

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent visit. I ordered a bean Doritos taco and was given a beef taco instead. I took one bite before realizing, and the moment I tasted it, I felt disgusted and upset. This is not just a simple mistake—it shows a complete lack of attention and professionalism from the staff on shift. When I brought it to their attention, they were talking in their own language among themselves and offered bean taco and an apology that didn’t feel genuine at all, like they weren’t really taking responsibility. They seemed more interested in chatting than making sure orders were correct. People who handle food need to be careful, responsible, and take pride in their work. The management should also take action. Mistakes like this are not just sloppy—they are completely unacceptable and shocking for any customer.
