Taco Bell head office. Please, please, please investigate and inspect this location. This location has always been a negative experience. Last time I went the employees were all talking and not serving people on a timely manner. This time I ordered on uber and they lied to the driver saying I cancelled the order which is not true. Funny enough the order is still live right now while I’m writing this message. Then the driver went back to the drive through saying they’re closed. This location is utterly unacceptable and I genuinely hope you change the franchisee here and fix whatever the issues are here. I’ve been going to taco bells for so long and this location does not live up to the standards. I am genuinely not the guy to message or be aggressive with anyone, but after the experience I had just now I’m just done with this store. Please please please do your due diligence and inspect this store. I am attaching my uber order summary with text conversation with the driver below. The date and time is December 7th 2025; 1:30am. Order name was under Mike Hunt (don’t mind the uber name)
I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure everyone received their food hot and on time. I really appreciate their service and the care they put into every order. Definitely a place I’ll visit again!

Slow service on a Friday or Saturday night. We waited over an hour for the drive through.

I placed my order online thinking it would save time, but it was the opposite. When I went to pick it up, the staff couldn’t even find my order at first. After a few minutes of confusion, they finally started preparing it — which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
On top of that, I specifically asked for mild hot sauce, but not a single packet was provided. It’s such a simple request, yet it seems to get ignored. Overall, poor service and lack of attention to detail made this visit really disappointing.

This is 4th time this week ask for fresh food and selling cold left overs. When i call and ask for fresh food .the manager told me .don't come back to our store .very rude .they are scamming people.

This location is always mediocre. My entire order was wrong. I was asked twice if i wanted a beef or veggie combo and still ended up with the wrong order. Handicap doors also don't work.
