I’ve ordered from this location a few times and there’s a reason it’s only a few times. Why in the world are they only serving 5 chips in the bag now? I remember it used to be a lot more for the price. And they sometimes forget to give options like cheese sauce or empanadas when you paid for it. You’re honestly better off going to Fresh Burrito or Burrito Boyz because you get more for your money and they sometimes give you extra stuff.

Unbelievably slow service. I was there for a order pickup they made me wait even though I placed the order over 20 minutes ago they said they were busy but there was hardly any cars the drive-thru.

HORRIBLE experience today. I placed a large order through drive through today. When I went to go check my order, I realized they had not given me one of my crunch wraps, so I went back to get it. I reminded them that I had asked for a black bean crunch wrap with no sour cream or cheese as I have dairy allergy which I had informed them about. They had even re-read my order to confirm the items. When I went back, they gave me a regular crunch up with both sour cream and cheese in it so I had to go back a second time and let them know that not only had they added dairy to my item, which i'm allergic to, but that they had given me the wrong crunch wrap. Their response was that I had to let them know I wanted the black bean, which I had already done at checkout, and they confirmed my order. They never apologized and instead accused me of being the reason why my order got messed up. They made me wait outside for 10 minutes while they've remade my order for the third time. They did not offer any kind of resolution for the time wasted and for nearly making me bite into dairy. On top of that when I drove home, I realized that they messed up once again something else in my order that I hadn't realized. I'm extremely disappointed. Horrendous customer service or care for people's allergies
