How dare these employees disrespect me… I wanted a nice succulent crunchwrap.. what did I get? Sky flakes crackers , super thin roti shell and lettuce to feed ants. Disrespectful , hurtful, makes me want to cry.. and the manager knows I’m a very patient customer.. why would they produce less than the standard. I’m hungry! I’m in PRP therapy for damaged hair.. I ordered a Crunchwrap and chalupas expecting an ample portion of meat! I didn’t order a schnieders snack pack!!!

My kids were hungry at 12am. Ordered 3 crunch wrap. All made with bitter and rancid smelly shell. How do you manage to serve this. Can you not change your oil. After reaching home I got to know. I only share feedback when service is either exceptional or terrible. Yesterday, I used the drive-thru to pick up my order. After being directed to the next window, I waited over 15 minutes while two walk-in customers received their food. Despite opening the window several times, the staff didn’t explain the delay or how much longer my order would take. Horrible service experience 👎🏻

Experience was so bad with this taco bell i ordered from skip they did not put even my drink and even fries were missing and i have tried to called this location nobody ever picked up the call. Very poor service they provide the food items were literally missing.

This is one of the worst taco bells around the staff is lazy missing half of the items most of the time. They lack hygiene and store cleanliness. The drive thru service is very poor they take your order but make you sit forever at the window I’m talking 5+ minutes sometimes. I definitely prefer & recommend the one on mayfield.

You have a receipt, use it as a checklist so you don't miss items! Common sense
Missing 2 crunchwrap suprememes and a fry from a basic combo they offer and when we reported the missing items we get a $4 refund.
I'd like to know it what world you could purchase two crunchwrap supreme and a frie for $4. Theft and disappointment.
