I ordered online and went through drive thru to pickup order. I ordered beans but they put beef in both things. Very glad i checked before biting in it (was very close to it) and had to go back and return it and all they said was “sorry about that”

Hires ’people’ who don’t read orders !!!!!! Delivered tacos and burritos without 1 package of sauce. I requested sauce for every item. Ordered 2 nachos and cheese with extra cheese didn’t get the extra cheese or the nachos and cheese. Got chili cheese fries which went directly into the garbage. Whole order was garbage worthy. Ended up eating a peanut butter sandwich. DON’T EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE

This is the third time ordering Uber eats from this specific location. Every single time they can’t follow simple instructions. I ordered two Doritos tacos with BEANS asked for a substitute of chicken knowing additional charges would apply, when the tacos arrived the first bite I took I notice it was beef. I don’t eat beef for religious purposes. Called the store to speak to a manager regarding this constant issue she told me it was my fault if I had special instructions I should’ve called the store prior. Then proceeded to hang up the phone while I was talking. Poor customer service skills.

Very disappointing experience! My father has been eating Taco Bell since his childhood but today he was really disappointed since his request for extra hot sauce was denied! He always asks for extra hot sauce since the bean burrito is not very tasteful without it. The server didn’t have any respect for the customers and was very arrogant. Also, the lady manager was very disrespectful and arrogant and said she can’t help us anymore. I would like to request the owner of this specific branch to train the employees properly so customers can have a good experience with their families and not a bad one!
Place was disgusting. Staff told me it would be 15 minutes for chicken i said no problem. They asked if we wanted the rest of our order and we said yes. 25 minutes go by nothing. We were sitting in the lobby the whole time watching the staff meander about acting silly. Then when i went up to the counter they said it would be another minute. 5 minutes later i asked what was taking so long because 30 minutes had passed at this point. And they said “it has not been 30 minutes” i said yes it has i placed the order at 3:24 its 3:55 and they said “we were looking for you we couldnt find you” but we were literally sitting in the lobby the whole time. Staff always messes up orders and goes on to blame the customer. Today went in, staff member tells me "we are doing you a favor" with attitude because a previous employee forgot to write my name down when I called and complained about missing items. She essentially accussed me of scamming them for a $2 nacho cheese. This happens so often at this location. Incredibly rude employee. Older Indian lady was nice and understanding, younger Indian lady was extremely unprofessional and accusatory.

Not sure why I would even give them 1 star. Worst customer service. Always mess up orders. We ordered bean burritos and they sent beef burrito. Missing fries from all orders and no sauce packs. We tried calling them, they took the phone off the hook so no one can call for their poor performance. I would rather go to other location than ordering from this location again. Worst $100 dollars I ever paid.

I ordered on UberEats and they got so many things wrong. First they forgot all 3 fries, then they made the crunchy taco beef even tho I chose beans. Then they didn’t give any sauce packets even though I asked for sauce packets with every single item. Then, I tried calling the store and after 11 tries they picked up and left the phone on so that I can’t call back. Everytime I try now it says user busy. I only got refunded on Uber for the taco because I didn’t even realize the fries were missing until after submitting that missing order refund request.
