This Taco Bell is so unprofessional. Tonight I ordered Uber Eats and they missed half my order. They did not give me one food item and my drink. When I called the uber driver he told me they said “ this is all of the order”. I then proceeded to call this Taco Bell location and they would not answer, they sent me to voice mail as soon as I heard the first ring. They only picked up once to giggle and say absolutely notting as I was trying to look for some reason to why they didn’t pack my order right. This is so disappointing how they have ZERO customer service skills here, and how someone spends their hard earned money at Taco Bell and they don’t even get the correct food. Shame on them.
Even my fries supreme were open and spilt all over the bag so I could not eat them.

Terrible! Every time I go here in the drive through, they forget something! I have to come back in. They don’t answer their phones either. I just left drive thru, they forgot my cinnamon twists. I got home, and my bucket is two pieces short. I’m frustrated . Even INSIDE, there is some confusion at the cash when trying to customize an item, it’s like they don’t understand. Better training is needed or more staff to keep up if it’s too busy! This is the closest location to me and it’s unfortunate that I’ve had more bad experiences than good.

We went to dine in. The worst customer service, the manager name (RAJI) was yelling and shouting on all the staff, treating her staff like this is her Indian country and she is doing some sort of slavery on the staff. She was yelling at uber drivers. My children and all the other guest who were dinning in were listening and no one could enjoy their meals in peace.
Our order was made wrong instead of apologies she was yelling and being disrespectful. Avoid this location at all costs. I am also going to complain about this so called manager Raji to labor law and will escalate it, this should not be normalized in Canada. Managements should learn to respect their employees and guests.

I went to this Taco Bell recently. Forgot to ask for extra nacho sauce. She wanted to charge me after spending over $90. That’s fine, there is a fee. Two seconds later the workers 2 friends came into the store to order food. Lady who declined my nacho sauce insisted to her friends they didn’t have to pay for their food. They received a feast!!!!!! Taco Bell family meals. KFC family meals. Sofas. Juices. Friends insisted on paying and the employee was so honoured to give her free food. I kept my mouth shut and kept it moving. Haven’t been back to that location

I placed a review a couple weeks ago, I don't know how they managed to get it deleted , I will reissue the one star review because your renovation is horrible, there is no menu when you go up to order, I do not want to use the kiosk when there are people who do not understand the kiosk can't speak or read english, I'm not going to use it.

By far the worst experience ever. I received a coupon from the store. Went back to order something and the lady was so rude and said this coupon is only available for online purchase. I tried calling the store. Someone kept picking up then hanging up. Ladies and gentlemen, customer service is completely out the door at this location. I'd like to speak to the manager, but I guess it's a new thing to answer the phone and just hang up.
