It was Tuesday and all tacos are $2, for a limited time. They tried to charge me full price (Harpeet).

Stop hiring Indians...they are destroying all fast food service..and im Indian...the quality of service is trash now with these people taking over all places...I got a crunchrap supreme with barley any beef in it and minimal toppings..no crunch and was completely flat with barley anything inside..on Friday November 22 around 5.23 pm...what a ripppp offf...stop hiring these people and give the jobs to real deserving Canadians

Called to complain about an order, spoke to a manager two times but they don't understand what i am explaining and said they would get back to me, lied and never did, I called again and the manager that was there today never apologized but started yelling and fighting with me. Saying it's not possible. I received raw chicken and they refuse to listen or even understand. I didn't even ask to be compensated but I need to be compensated now.

Its Best to pay a little extra and order your food from a different location. Everytime you order from here it's always a let down. Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait times. Never have your order right. I Ordered food on Uber they make you wait 3 hours until you get fed up with waiting so you have to cancel and starve. Its a bunch Lazy and unmotivated employees what a joke. Owner/manager should take stuff like into consideration. Yes you will still make a lot of money because you are a taco bell/kfc at the end of the day. But making people wait 3 hrs for 2 tacos is ridiculous and not right. There is no reason someone should have to wait even half that amount of time.

Don't bother ordering on Uber eats after 1. Placed an order waited 2.5 hrs just for me to cancel the order, 2 tacos and a drink shouldn't take 2.5 hrs to make. The owner should pay attention to what the employees are up to, seems like they just don't care and would rather take a nap. Very poor customer service.

Got wrong order and instead of saying sorry , manager start fighting . Worst customer service ever . They don’t even listen . Bad bad experience. Never recommend to anyone .

absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service. My friend bought food from there and when she opened it, there was a bite taken out. That’s the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I hope this location gets taken down. and no customer service or remorse from the employees. Get them all fired right now.

Ordered food and the chalupa taco had a bite taken out of it. They made me drive all the way back, made me wait in the store, then proceeded to say “is this vegetarian… no one here eats bean”. I did not take a bite out of my own food to drive all the way back waste gas and money for no reason.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Had a terrible experience with them on October 24 at 10:30pm. We were waiting to take our order in the drive through when no one said anything. A line was accumulating so we tried our best saying “hello” numerous times. At this point there is a line and no one is responding to us. We drove up to the first window and the two workers were looking at the cameras and one had the head peice in her ear. They told us we can not order at the window and they will be serving the next customer and we need to rejoin the line, stating she could not hear us but can hear the next customer. She made no excuses nor apologize for the inconvenience, just proceeded to cast blame on us. This was absurd!!
To the managers of this restaurant, please teach the value to customer satisfaction and hire proper examples to lead.This should not happen again!

Worst Taco Bell. Waited over 10 minutes for them to take my order in the drive thru. Didn’t end up taking it so I drove to the window where the “worker” said she is unable to take it there while proceeding to get angry at me. Terrible customer service. Such a shame to see.

The worst taco bell in the town all the people consider themselves a manager. They have degraded the standard quality of the taco bell .While I was in the store there were 2 customer before me also complained about the placed order. The people “Prachi, Pranjal and manwinder” they all consider themselves as a manager. They didn’t had the courage to apologise for the mistake. I order 2 bean Crunchwrap and it was so dry and didn’t had the amount sauce like sour cream it should have in it. Worst experience with the stuff. The one who considered herself the manager didn’t had the audacity to apologise and compensate any customer.

Very bad service took delux box, value box and veggie box. All of them were mixed, badly prepared and food was coming out of the packages. When complained to manager Simran she was totally rude and blamed me that I haven’t told her to separate the orders out. When I told her French fries are missing she told they are not in order. Very pathetic service and food was very bad. Would not recommend to go there at all

Worst! Worst! Worst! experience ever . Taco bell has been always my fav restaurant, but today I baught 5 layers bean burrito from this location , cold burrito with cold beans with no cheese sausce all sour cream was in one corner. its disgusting
