Have been coming here for over 10 years. The past 6 or 7 years it has been absolutely terrible. Wrong orders all the time, poor service, minimal quantities and no care in the food being given out. However, I continue coming back because it is so close. Nothing changes they don’t improve, it’s incredibly dissapointing. Even today I found PLASTIC in my taco. Come on.

We bought crunch wrap supreme and few hard tacos. Place was unhygienic, taco shells were old and stinky. I Would never go again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They messed up my whole order online, and told me to order something and they will send it free of cost so I ordered again and tried calling them to let them know to add stuff to my new order but they never answer. They answer the phone and put it on the side and I am able to hear them talking wtfffffff????? Manager name was Karnaal who told me to call again and never picked it up

Just ordered Quesadillas from this place. My nephew inquired if it was burnt as it had something black in it, they offered an explanation that it is grilled and sometimes some particles are left in it. Also, those black particles were not only in food, but was left on the table too. I wish they would have offered better explanation. Customer Service Standards Please!

Extremely rude servers. I entered the drive thru and while ordering I realized the drive thru server had an attitude. Within 5 minutes of getting home and sharing the food for my children I realized the food given to me was stale. I didn’t have time to go back, so I then called to explain and the same drive thru lady picked up the phone. Was again, extremely rude and began shouting that the food she served was fresh. She handed of the phone to manager. The manager handled the situation no better. She ensured me it’s impossible that the food was cold. And that I was making up the situation. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. I spent 17$ and she offered to compensate a small fries within my order. WhenI asked for her name she hung up & disconnected the phone lines so I couldn’t not call again.
