Disrespectful Service at Taza Xpress

I visited Taza Xpress recently and had a disappointing experience. While placing my order, the man behind the counter—who seemed to be part of the management—abruptly picked up the phone mid-conversation and started taking another order without so much as a “hold on” or “excuse me.” No acknowledgment, no courtesy. It felt like my presence didn’t matter at all.

Basic customer service 101: serve the person in front of you first. Even a toddler understands that. This kind of behavior is not only rude but shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I won’t be returning, and I hope they reconsider how they treat people who walk through their doors.

Ordered a falafel wrap and the falafel was raw. Called the store no answer. Very upset. I always get food here and today got me very upset. Wrap wasn’t wrapped properly everything was falling out and ripping. Unbelievable

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff seemed completely unprepared to deal with customers, and the attitude was unbelievable. The girl who said she was the manager clearly has no idea how to speak to people respectfully. Instead of helping, she made the situation worse with her rude and unprofessional behavior.This place seriously needs better training and real management. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even basic courtesy.

Some of the best chicken shawarma I've had in a while. The 'large pita' IS two pitas overlapping for extra length, which does throw off the 'pita bread to everything else balance' a bit, so I'd stick with the regular size. Topping choice is everything I could ask for. Hot sauce has an actual flavour that pairs well with everything else. Marinade is very good- I would prefer it to be slightly more assertive, but it currently has enough flavour to be quite good as the focus and not so much that it would cause issues when used in dishes where it's not meant to be the focus. As other reviews have said, there isn't a lot of seating, and as far as I could tell there isn't a customer accessible bathroom- this is very much a pick up your order and go type of restaurant.

I came on Shawarma day and they had a special, so I decided to try it out. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and the chicken shawarma on the rocks (rice). The wrap was delicious!! The shawarma on the rocks was good as well, but wished there was a little more chicken. The inside is small and has some seating. Service was fast and friendly.

Got food poisoning, got chicken on sticks, extra chicken. Chicken was soft and mushy when i put it in my mouth.
