We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was phenomenal—attentive and warm. I was impressed with the food. It was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. The surroundings are incredible. It was a truly memorable evening.

Really disappointed with the service here. It almost seems like no one works here. No one acknowledged me or could tell me where to find anything. I don't speak the language that (I think?) Staff were speaking so maybe that is why I was ignored? I think it was very unprofessional and felt so uncomfortable. Would not recommend though the property was pretty.

I was at this venue recently for a wedding, and it was a little disorganized at the beginning. No one was a the venue when we arrived and it took a long time to get the bride set up with what she needed (more than 30 minutes to get her the drink she asked for). The wedding proceeded without a hitch and the guests had a great time. The food was great, the bar service was really fast, and the waiting staff kept the venue spotless throughout the night.

We had an absolutely wonderful 70 th birthday celebration for my husband at the Terrace on the Green recently. Everything was perfect- the food, service and ambiance. We have had so many special gatherings at Terrace on the Green and formerly Someplace Else over the last 50 years and it is truly amazing that it continues its excellence. Booked for Saturday night as it was advertised as Mother’s Day special but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Took 20 mins to seat my party and once seated there was a lack of menus. We were unable to order any of the Mother’s Day special even through they were advertised on a separate menu. Apps and mains took a very long time to come out - and no check ins at our table during this time. The food was subpar - steaks either being over or undercooked than what was requested. The hostess was apologetic after I expressed disappointment and informed me they were short staffed. Overall, very very disappointing experience for the price.

We had reso at 5pm and it was quiet (which we like and prefer to eat early) service was fast. Can’t wait to go back! The housemade bread, pasta, truffle fries, crab cakes, drinks etc was amazing. So excited to go back already.

We ordered the bass, steak, pasta, and risotto with scallops, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, the ingredients fresh, and each bite was a delight. Our meal was expertly paired with both red and white wine, enhancing the dining experience even further.
What truly stood out—beyond the incredible food—was the exceptional service. Our waitress, Joanna, was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. To top it off, the owner personally came out to greet us, making us feel like truly valued guests.

Our Valentines dinner was absolutely amazing. The decor was very tasteful, was delicious. Nobody was rushing us with dinner ( they even gave us complementary champagne). Our server Joane was fantastic, and she made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Terrace and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Joana and Nick are both incredible! Ask for Joana anytime you need a table as they are always very busy and it is hard to get in for a dining on Saturdays.
As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. I tried the seafood linguine, and it was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and the overall experience. It’s clear they take great pride in their dishes, and it shows. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I was a guest at a bridal shower. Stunning venue, the grounds looked beautiful (although our group didn’t use them as it’s winter). We were served a buffet style brunch. Lots of options from an omelette station, waffles, French toast, bacon, eggs, etc. Some of us had to wait a bit long for the stations to be refilled, but other than that the food and service were great and the venue was clean and beautiful for the occasion.

For me food was ok. I'm going to rate on my own experience. Calamari, the breadings were completely off of the rings... oily, fried breadings and squid. It wasnt prep properly before frying. They did give a big serving.
Caprese salad was average.
I had the scallops and risotto. The scallops were not fresh at all. It had the Ammonia after taste. Couldn't eat my dish. Not fresh at all.
Truffle pasta was pretty good. My daughter enjoyed it.
Seafood pasta was good too aside from the scallops in it.
Service needs some improvement in my opinion. For a fine dining, it was lacking some extra steps.
Nobody told us where we can find the washrooms.
They removed our cutlery and when we got our mains and we had to ask for new cutlery. No spoon offered with the pasta, no one offered pepper or cheese, none offered extra bread. They were very stiff with the menu. It was ok in terms of service. Just lacking some finese if the restaurant is rated as fine dining.
