Thai Express Restaurant Brampton

Thai Express never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Their chicken dishes are the best — especially the Kung Pao Chicken and General Thai Chicken. Portions are generous, spice levels are customizable, and everything tastes consistently amazing.

The staff is quick, friendly, and the service is super fast, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean, and the quality is the same every single time I visit.

If you’re craving delicious Thai food with great value for money, Thai Express is definitely the place to go!

Guy didnt washed his hands after changing the garbage and started cooking, noted all veggies are not fresh at all. He didn’t put enough chicken as normally it is.

Terrible atmosphere and service. I visited Wednesday at 8:30 pm and the server was beyond rude and unwilling to help. He even yelled at us for coming back to ask for sauces. Terrible experience, ruined our dinner and expectations from thai express. I hope Thai Express can teach their employees about decent customer service. **Manager please read**

I used to love this Thai Express location, but sadly it’s not the same anymore. They’ve started closing earlier than their already limited hours, which is really frustrating for customers. The protein portions have noticeably shrunk, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. On top of that, the attitude of the staff has gone downhill, which makes the whole experience disappointing. It’s honestly a tragedy to see one of my favorite spots decline like this.

This is by far the worst Thai Express location. I am not surprised by looking at this place’s rating after my visit.

Ordered General Thairacha- I maybe had 80% rice and 20% chicken, and nothing tasted good. The batter on the chicken was very poor quality and the rice very oily, this location needs a new chef.

No customer service, and high prices for a small quantity of poor quality food.

Take your business to another Thai Express location.

Food was horid, Ice tea was mediocre, general chicken was dry and tough, peanuts were rancid, pad Thai was lacking flavour, and stir fry was below average

Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had!! There was no flavour, no chicken and overcooked noodles. It was like you’re eating shoe strings. I don’t think these people know how to cook Thai food!! I do not recommend this Thai Express Brampton location!! From all of the Thai Express restaurants I’ve been to, this location was hands down had the worst Thai food. They have no idea how to cook!!. I’d give it a 0 stars if I could!!

1. Cross contamination - they use same tongs for chicken / veg things (beware vegetarians)

2. Average food quality and taste.

3. Overpriced as compared to competition

Probably one of the worst Thai locations we’ve been too, there was a hair in the open peanuts in the front- place was dirty. Noodles were next to plain, wings were dry and nasty.
