Very worst service, Don't ever order from them, recently we ordered for our office team lunch, they did not fulfilled our order properly, when we ask them for the missing items on order we did not get the proper response, they disconnected the call in between the conversation. They are very rude. Very Bad customer Service.

I requested to have a spoonful additional gren chili on my padsew and the chef asked me for one dollar. Never buy from this store. There are two thai express already closed, one on Dufferin and Steeles and obe in Center point mall. They dont have a good manner for customer service excellence.

For the third straight week, I’ve come here and they’ve either left something out or gave me something wrong altogether. I ordered the shak a bowl today and they didn’t include vermicelli. Last week, I ordered a shak a bowl, they gave me rice instead. When I brought it up to them, I got a blank stare as if I’m not even speaking English. If you don’t have noodles, just say so.

Food is okay. Not the best Thai food. Food is also little bit pricey compared to other places. Customer service needs improvement.

Ordered three items, one being the Pad Thai. Tastes nothing like other locations. I wouldn't recommend and not going back. Disappointing.

Food is not good. I ordered thai chicken and the chicken is hard and was not fully cooked. Also the chicken seems directly taken from refrigerator without properly warming

We ordered 1 veg thai fried rice. 1 chicken thai fried rice. Asked them to add pineapple which they charged. But no pineapple visible and no egg in chicken fried rice. Chicken was stale. Couldn’t eat so threw in garbage. Veg fried rice had 3 broccoli pieces and no other veggies. Its my second time food was below average. Once we used to get tasty food now its sooo worst.

Very slow. There are hardly 2 people working there, they don't have many dine in customers as well. But everytime we go for uber pickup. They start making food after we enter the store.

Worst service. Treat customers like animals. Lady got mad for me asking questions about my order.really sad bc I used to like it here but the quality has gone done and now the service too.
