I wanted to order just plain Pad See Ew, but was told they can’t make it plain. It has to be ordered with a protein. The lady refused to take my order or even make it without a protein. Finally she said I could order it with vegetables…so I did, but asked the person making it for very few to be added to the dish. I’m not sure why this was such a sticking point for the people working here. Instead of the plain Pad See Ew my child wanted, she was made a dish with vegetables and egg. Didn’t think ordering a plain noodle dish would be such a difficult request.

NASTIEST PEOPLE! First thing I see coming in is the worker with her nasty socks standing where they cook the food while the place is open. Disgusting. Ended up getting a refund because they didn’t even have a cover over the open containers of food where her nasty feet were! Then the girl proceeds to tell me how harmful the chemicals are & gets defensive when I ask her why they would do that while cooking peoples food during working hours. Refused to give the mangers name or their own when wanting to file a complaint. They do wrong & try to put it on the customer when they are bringing their nasty habits from home here & expect us to be okay with it. I don’t want your feet near my food! Didn’t even wash her hands or put on gloves before cooking the food after touching stuff.

Really good food. Very friendly staff. I found lots of gluten-free options, even cauliflower rice! Also when you order they ask how spicy it should be. They got it just right. Thanks.

I’ve always had fast service, and no issues with taste, same as any other location as far as I can tell.

Thai Express at 7965 Mississauga Road in Husky is a must-visit restaurant! The management and staff are exceptional, providing excellent service and delicious food. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, all of which are expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup are particular standouts. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The service is fast and efficient, even during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend Thai Express for a fantastic dining experience!

Do not order from this location. The manager has absolutely no common sense! I ordered a soup, pure broth all noodles and a few shallots, she tried to tell me she added the vegetables when clearly there were none! Had I seen these comment prior, I would NEVER even considering ordering from this restaurant. I am sure they get many complaints and perhaps it may explain why the manager really could care less!

I love going to other Thai Express locations and my only go to item I purchase is General Mango Thai Chicken. I order my food yesterday at this location and when I came home I noticed the main ingredient Mango is missing completely. I called the store and explained my dissatisfaction since the only reason I would order this item is because of the Mangos and the mango flavour, it has it in its name. I spoke to the Manager Gurjot on the phone very politely, and empathetically that I understand her point of view and mistakes happens, BUT she handles it beyond a disappointment and very poorly. I had to threw the food the taste was so bad. I requested for a refund or compensating with the right meal I originally ordered, I had the receipt too. The manager Gurjot, however started passing judgement that for “6 pieces of mango you want 19dollars back” that just sounds so horrible and disgusting to phrase it like that. She offered a “free drink” that I didn't even order in the first place, why would I want something I didn’t want? Then saying “well you got a meal, whats the problem?” She needs training on how a basic transaction works, i simply did not get what i paid for and ordered. How do you expect a customer to even want to come back to this judgement and attitude? Of course this business location is too afraid of giving a fair reimbursement or fair compensation for a mistake on their end because they don’t get enough customers in the first place I would think. Saying she can give me a free drink if I buy another meal is just ridiculous and makes me laugh. Gurjot may worked there for a couple of years, but there is reasons why this location have bad reviews because of poor management style and bad customer service. How do you plan to retain customers like this?

I ordered fried rice with general Thai chicken on top and they gave me fried rice with chicken nuggets. When I called to ask them the lady was so rude and was yelling and saying that’s what I ordered. I’ve ordered this many times even through Uber from a different location and has always got it right. Save your trip and go to another location because these ladies are just rude and can’t get an order right.

Do not go here! I ordered a stir fry on a crisp salad yesterday. Only to come home and find the stir fry was placed on soggy and a very small portion of lettuce!! I paid $15.00 for fried vegetables on soggy lettuce.

Worst customer service ever. I went in today around 6:30 pm along with my friend and there were three girls working. And all of them were indian and we are indians too and maybe they were expecting us to order the food in hindi or punjabi. But when my friens started ordering his food in english, one of the three girls started laughing and making fun of his pronunciation. I noticed right away and asked my friend to not order since they have no idea how to treat their customers and when we were getting out of the restaurant, all of them started laughing. We ended up coming back home. We already had a long day and a good tom yum soup would've been nice. The management should look into it since making fun of someone's language/slang and make them feel inferior is no joke

Ordered a Veg pad thai for take out today and it was terribly tasteless! It was sweet but that wraps up the taste profile. I've been ordering from Thai express since my high school days, it's the quick comfort food that always hits the mark for the price BUT these days, like most Brampton locations of Thai Express where the cooks are all starting to look like my aunt/uncle back home the quality of the food has been going down. I will never visit this location again and also seek out independent restaurants to cut out Thai express all together. The cook's wok skills looked weak and she herself looked like she couldn't care less. Managers DO BETTER and check the quality the product you're selling. Waste of money and my lunch ruined.
