I requested to have a spoonful additional gren chili on my padsew and the chef asked me for one dollar. Never buy from this store. There are two thai express already closed, one on Dufferin and Steeles and obe in Center point mall. They dont have a good manner for customer service excellence.

I literally NEVER get what I order. 2 months ago I asked for a veggie tamarind Chilli stir fry.. they gave me a garlic/soy flavored stir fry instead. Today, I ordered a tofu peanut coco stir fry (limited time deal that is featured on fridays) instead, they served me a red curry stir fry. I originally stopped going because I ordered a veggie pad thai no ehh and got a chicken pad thai last summer.. I called multiple times and no one ever answers smh. I will never order from this location again!

Where can I start from!
Rubbish food, rude service, the servers were not ready to listen to you.
Too much soy, as if I was eating noodles in a soy soup bowl.
We have been enjoying that express for so long, but it was one of the biggest let down.
Worst decision to eat out here

I ordered red curry here and asked for it to be spicy. I received a sweet, unsalted red curry. I took it back to the counter and was handed salt packets and hot chilli sauce with no apologies or an attempt to provide better service.

Each time I come to the mall I never fail to eat here because they always make my go to meal really well and tasty ? Stanley is always a very nice customer server.

I’m a fan of Thai Express, but my experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The fried rice, usually a favorite, was completely off. It was burnt and filled with large onion chunks. Honestly, there wasn’t a single good thing about this meal. I wish I had chosen another restaurant at the food court.

The food is good, especially the soup. The prices are high, and staff are sometimes unpleasant. They have a large selection of Thai food, such as Pho, Pad Thai, Soups and Noodles.

Ordered Shrimp pad Thai. Put my food in the a bag, no cutlery no soy sause, no napkins. Very rude when I asked for chop sticks and soy sauce. 2 pieces if shrimp and noodles for $16. Wont ever return or recommend.

Very rude experience. When asked if the General Thai Pineapple has any meat as the menu details doesn’t say any ( photo attached) the cashier said there won’t be.

And the dish is full of chicken, once asked to change he rudely said he can’t do anything and this dish comes with chicken only.
