I’m a fan of Thai Express, but my experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The fried rice, usually a favorite, was completely off. It was burnt and filled with large onion chunks. Honestly, there wasn’t a single good thing about this meal. I wish I had chosen another restaurant at the food court.

Ordered Shrimp pad Thai. Put my food in the a bag, no cutlery no soy sause, no napkins. Very rude when I asked for chop sticks and soy sauce. 2 pieces if shrimp and noodles for $16. Wont ever return or recommend.

First concernYou took my form of cash payment didn’t wash your hands or used gloves to prepare my food .Portion size was average.Barely any chicken and was chewy.Over loaded with too much sauce .18.50 to eat noodlesWasn’t worth it

Ordered PadThai chicken. They served only noodle and three pieces of chicken! On description it says it comes with different things plus protein you choose! Horrible taste with horrible service. Worst part was, the guy at counter neither speaks English well nor understands. Wasted my $31 for a soup which was again combination of hot water and few pieces of chicken.
Very rude experience. When asked if the General Thai Pineapple has any meat as the menu details doesn’t say any ( photo attached) the cashier said there won’t be.And the dish is full of chicken, once asked to change he rudely said he can’t do anything and this dish comes with chicken only.

This Thai Express location is the worst when it comes to the food taste and appearance of the food. I ordered my usual Pad Thai Veggie and Veggie Fried rise. I have tried multiple locations across GTA for the last many years, but this one is really not up to the Thai Express standard. Taste was really bad and look as well. Their hot sauce also looked very different. It was leaving pinkish /light reddish color on the food. The only good thing was quantity.

I love eating by thai express. I usually go to the hurontario street location. This time i went to the bramlea one due to my convenience. The old guy who takes order is so rude and arrogant. He wasnt able to understand my order first. He kept saying that no refund or returning back food. Then when i gave him the order he said i can do only one thing in an order not two. When i said just make it then he said you move back and let other order - go somewhere else. I mean what kind of discrimination you guys are showing? He wasn’t able to speak english or communicate. Really disgusted. Would rather make it at home than to order. Really awful experience.

Disappointed. They hardly put any chicken in the chicken pad Thai or any chicken dishes.Few tiny pieces and that's it.

HORRIBLE. This location should give up Thai Express franchisee license. Soup came in foam container not even Thai Express. No Hoisin sauce. Which Thai place doesn't have it??!! Asked for Sriracha and was given 2 pincy containers almost empty with just a drop at the bottom and it was not even Sriracha. Why be so cheap? Don't give the sauce in the name of Sriracha when it's clearly not Sriracha. Chopsticks not Thai Express Branded as well instead simple Chinese take out one's. Broth for soup was not authentic Thai Express more like salty water. Pad Sew was just noodles with sauce and few large pieces of pepper. Definitely won't be coming back.
