Food is always plus the actual place is crazy clean, the male guy who worked today was very friendly didn’t catch his name but thanks to him.

First, I’d like to say the staff were very nice and the food tasted good. However, I have to echo other reviewers in saying the portion was very small compared to other Thai Express locations. I ordered two different proteins and paid $23, and I was still hungry afterward, which I haven’t experienced at other locations. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I always ask for no spicy on my food and when I eat it that it still tastes spicy

Pretty disappointed. We used to order ocassionally from this place but as of recent I noticed the original staff is gone and so is the quality of authentic Thai food. Had ordered pad thai, was evn asked if to add extra tofu which i said no to and have regular and whn came home to open the box found no tofu:( it can be small thing in some cases, but having no protein which u thought you were going with is a big No and for that price.

Portion was half of what I normally get from other thai express locations. My veggies and beef were also burned significantly and the noodles had a strong burnt scent as well. Sadly it was disappointing. Would not come back to this location.

Dirty kitchen + the food is not as good as it supposed to tasted, I wondering if their sauce have a self life because last time when I ordered a basil fried rice and it was very sour and soggy which kinda weird to the point I have to throw out my lunch on that day. Not recommend if you go with a group of friend cause they might think you try to poison them. 🤢

Tried giving the Hurontario Thai Express another chance since it’s closer to home, but unfortunately, it’s the same issue we’ve experienced before. While the food and service were actually good, the portions were severely lacking. The takeout box wasn’t even filled—definitely not worth the price you’re paying.

We usually go to the Cloverdale Mall location, where the portions are much more generous for the same items. It’s frustrating to pay full price and walk away still hungry. This was our third time here—three strikes, you’re out. It’ll definitely be our last.

If you’re looking for better value, I’d recommend driving a bit further to a location that actually gives you what you pay for.
