Thai Express Restaurant Brampton

As horrible as it can be. The whole meal went into the garbage. My uber order arrived with overcooked and burnt pad thai. I got my money back from uber and the rep from uber also said that definitely this doesnt look edible. The eggs in my order were burnt to the point that it make the whole thing bitter. The chicken pieces were also burnt. Tpfu was overcooked the the point that it couldnt be chewed anymore. The whole dish reeked of just oil and i paid for extra sauce but it came even more dry than the normal pad thai. Called the location as well to make sure they are aware of what type of food they are sending to their customers. These photos are not even enough, I wish i could show more of how horrible it was.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star - ordered food from this place for delivery and the noodles were not edible - they didn’t mix well with the stew and were hard as rock. It seemed defrosted and just thrown with a bunch of veggies to make it look appealing . When I called the restaurant, I was advised by the employee that there’s nothing she could do about it and didn’t even apologize and said “there’s nothing I can do” which followed with a long silence. I think it’s about time this place hires staff which actually have experience in customer service. I requested to speak with a manager and she said it’s just her at the restaurant.

We went to Thai Express today, and as always, the experience was fantastic! The place is very clean with a fresh, green atmosphere that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, which makes the whole visit even better.

We tried the Basil Fried Rice and Pad Thai, and we absolutely loved both dishes. The Basil Fried Rice is our favourite — full of flavour and perfectly cooked every time. One thing I really appreciate is that you can adjust the spice level based on your preference, which is great for families.

Even my 6-year-old enjoys Thai Express and always looks forward to going there. The service is very quick, and we received our order in no time, which is perfect for busy days.

Overall, delicious food, great customer service, clean ambience, and fast service. Highly recommended for anyone craving tasty Thai food!

I have ordered from this location many times before however this was my first time ordering this item for delivery. I ordered the cashew Shaka bowl. I received an item completely different from how I normally get it. This is supposed to be a salad with noodles and the sauce and protein on the side to add in. Everything was put all into 1 bowl, there was hardly any lettuce for the “salad” portion and what was there it was now soggy from all the liquid. The noodles were all stuck together & after ordering tofu I got called saying they didn’t have any. I’m completely disappointed with the meal and preparation this is NOT how the shak a bow is prepared.
