First time at this location! Very clean, chill atmosphere and enough room for those to hang out or those waiting for to go orders
What needs to be improved is unlike other Boba tea places, the brand lacks the option to choose sweetness and Ice levels, not all drinks come in a large which was a surprise to me (I rarely go to Alley), no slush options aside from their special which only came in a regular size
I got the taro ube and it was still way too sweet for me but the drink was aesthetically pleasing and the tapioca was made well.

the boba was very hard and not soft to chew and the powder was not blended enough so my drink was full of little powder chunks, good aesthetics and ambience but not worth it for its price.

By far the best bubble tea I’ve had! Wide assortment of beverages to choose from. Interior decor was also well put together and a clean and sleek look. Highly recommended!
Neat and trendy. I really appreciate the little paint night events. Glad to have a spacious yet subtle place to spent some quality time with a friend. I enjoyed a new, tasteful drink (Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea) which was recommended and served by a delightful staff member - Robin, you're incredibly sweet and passionate!
