We tried The Burger Bros in Brampton for the first time through Uber Eats, and I was really impressed with the quality. The food arrived fresh, and the flavors were delicious you can tell they use good ingredients.
The only downside is that the portion sizes are smaller, so keep that in mind if you’re extra hungry make sure to order double. That’s being said, the taste definitely makes up for it, and I’d order from them again.

Staff were very reluctant to come to a mutual resolution. Customer service was non existent.
Will not be coming back to this location or Burger Bros in general.

I am very disappointed with how this location handled their mistake. We placed an order in-store, and once the food was prepared, some items were missing because they had been placed in another takeout bag. Unfortunately, we only realized this after driving 20 minutes home.
When we returned to the store to resolve the issue, the staff did not seem apologetic. In fact, when we asked for fresh fries (since the ones we originally ordered were now cold), the female worker shook her head in disbelief, as if our request was unreasonable. The irony is that the time it took to prepare new fries was considered a burden to staff, yet we had to drive back to the store.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are resolved. The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude shown was appalling. Because of this poor customer service, I can no longer support this business.

I went with two of my friends and we all had different burgers and we all were very satisfied with our food. I would definitely highly recommend stopping here if you like a great burger. As a country guy who gets lots of local farmers beef I can say that this meat was good quality!!
