Bad food and bad customer service

You guyz are doing good, your samosa chaat is super tasty even cashier is kind and friendly, even waiting is also reduced, last time i got my order quickly, 100%satisfied, i recommend much visit once👍🏻

My regular place to visit,whenever i crave for spicy indian food,have tried so many cusines from this restaurant,definitely recommend to try noodles,manchurian,chicken tikka and all other snack n dinner options,today was attended by miss pooja ,she made sure everything was perfectly served,thankyou

I ordered tandoori soya chaap on December 22 by uber eats and there was chicken in my order. Most importantly, I am vegetarian, I felt very bad as I had chicken in mouth. Never gonna trust again!!!!

The worst tandoori chaap i ever had in Brampton . At least they should add some salad or some gravy .Even it was not cooked properly. The employees should focus on their job because people are ordering food by paying money not for free.

I order paneer lababdar & methi mutter malai for
Pick up when i went home and open the container sabji is like lots of water in it no masala in it. Totally tasteless when you dip a spoon in it looks like water in it 0%

We try to explain to a front guy about the issue he was starting arguing about it like if you to other restaurant you wont find this kind of quality we have a good there is nothing wrong in it.

He is not ready to accept restaurant fault and keep arguing we tell him that we have a guest waiting for food still he is not ready to accept it.

When we enter in a restaurant there is no customer for dinning its obvious no with this kind of service who want to waste their money for such kind of restaurant

You are running a restaurant in a very high competition market with this kind of service seems like they don’t care about their business they just open it for timepass

When we ask him that you can give us a replacement with proper changes he said we cant this is only we have.

I don't know what kind of customer service they are giving in a food industry.

Worst experience ever this restaurant deserves negative star rating I ordered 2 sabzi for take out and when I reached home it was literally water mixed with some paneer cubes no taste totally bland without any spices upon complaining and returning the order back to restaurant they were like it is normal according to our standards not accepting the fault at first in total denial they immediately refunded us and started giving excuses that our chef is sick and we cannot do anything else. Terrible experience ever I was assuming they will provide us with replacement and when I mention about google review the guy was like yeah I can issue refund if you want to write a negative review you can do that and I am like what the hell no such thing as customer service. Highly highly not recommended.

Please don’t order kheer from these guys i ordered it through uber eats and it seems like kheer is made in yogurt. You can see in the pictures how bad it looks and trust me smells like dirty socks.
