The food is top notch quality no complaints at all, but for god sake it’s not gonna kill you guys to have a smile on the face, the old Asian lady was slamming her hand on the counter when asking if the order is for here or to go. I would honestly understand if there was something that I caused to irritate her intentionally or intentionally, but to receive this sort of treatment out of the blue is extremely poor This is unacceptable behaviour at any work place let alone in the service industry. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Well you cannot compare this place with Montreal style bagel sandwiches …but oddly the taste of bagels here reminded me of subway sandwiches ….which ofcourse I didn’t like…i mean if I want to have subway I would go there …. Will i return here ? Probably no

The bagels at this shop are quite good, but the customer service really needs improvement. Unfortunately, the lady working there was very rude during my visit, which made the experience uncomfortable. Good food should come with good service, and I hope they take steps to improve how they treat customers.

The ladies working there are super rude actually, it was super hot inside and they had like no selection to pick from.. wouldn’t come back for $13 i coulda went somewhere else and got better food

If not open on Good Friday, hours and days closed should be clearly stated on the website. also the menu and ordering and everything online on their website is confusing and not user friendly.

I had an awful experience today. The bagels were put into the toaster but one side of it fell off as nobody paid attention to it and the lady put it back on the end toaster from where it fell🤮 When asked if she is serving the bagel that just fell off, she said no. Who knows if I got the bagel or some other customer.
Ordered an Egg Salad Bagel, when I opened to eat, it was already dismantled. What I have come to experience is that different staff provides different service. I don’t want name employees or explain their appearance as it could put their job at risk but at the end of the day, ensure that every customer gets attended well, otherwise they won’t return!
