If not open on Good Friday, hours and days closed should be clearly stated on the website. also the menu and ordering and everything online on their website is confusing and not user friendly.

I had an awful experience today. The bagels were put into the toaster but one side of it fell off as nobody paid attention to it and the lady put it back on the end toaster from where it fell🤮 When asked if she is serving the bagel that just fell off, she said no. Who knows if I got the bagel or some other customer.
Ordered an Egg Salad Bagel, when I opened to eat, it was already dismantled. What I have come to experience is that different staff provides different service. I don’t want name employees or explain their appearance as it could put their job at risk but at the end of the day, ensure that every customer gets attended well, otherwise they won’t return!

Really good bagels.. great customer service.. the bagels are fresh and there are so many choices. Fresh and delicious definitely worth it. Can't wait to come back and try all the flavours they have. The tomazzo bagel is really delicious.

Went there for breakfast! I have tried the Oshawa location which was great, but this location, i am not happy with the bagel. I would only give it 5/10.

I went for breakfast this morning, we had to say hello for starters and no response from staff. We ordered ham and egg bagels. The bagel was overtoasted and stale. The man preparing the bagel slapped the ham piece on the counter, microwaved the egg and slapped the one piece of ham thinner than paper on the bagel. Use a plate or something. The lady who asks you if you want extra toppings was extremely rude and rushing us. She looked upset working there. The price is ridiculous for the quality you get. Will not be going back back.
