Awful service. They were being rude and racist to us. Especially the owners who were there at the moment, instead of calming the situation and understanding us, they chose to badmouth us despite having people around. Didn’t even give us a refund when we never receive any of the food we ordered. Absolutely disgusting personality.
For any of you wanting to eat here, I suggest going to another branch or another place nearby.

Bagel was tasty!!! Spread was also delicious… I would recommend to try tomazzo bagel.. it was looking delicious… we already have ordered and then noticed that upgrade.. but next time I will surely try that bagel.. though it was old school restaurant with old school payment but it gives you nostalgia… I would recommend to try this for light breakfast or something satisfying experince..

We have been ordering from here for 10+ years. The quality of food, service and atmosphere have always been beyond my expectations.
We ordered today snd we were having trouble with our delivery guy, this happens some times.
We called the restaurant, there was no answer. We are waiting to see if we can get a refund, credit. Or compromise and go pick it up instead. Looks like they to have been bought by different owners.

Apologies, won't be returning to TGCB outlet. Unclean dining area, poorly maintained wash room, rather rude and disinterested staff, okayish food and nothing great otherwise that would take me back there.

The food is top notch quality no complaints at all, but for god sake it’s not gonna kill you guys to have a smile on the face, the old Asian lady was slamming her hand on the counter when asking if the order is for here or to go. I would honestly understand if there was something that I caused to irritate her intentionally or intentionally, but to receive this sort of treatment out of the blue is extremely poor This is unacceptable behaviour at any work place let alone in the service industry. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Well you cannot compare this place with Montreal style bagel sandwiches …but oddly the taste of bagels here reminded me of subway sandwiches ….which ofcourse I didn’t like…i mean if I want to have subway I would go there …. Will i return here ? Probably no

Unfortunately, the lady working there was very rude during my visit, which made the experience uncomfortable. Good food should come with good service, and I hope they take steps to improve how they treat customers.
