Thank you to Kat for excellent service tonight for our anniversary dinner. Tuna and avacado app was great, perfectly ripe avacado! And the teriyaki steak was cooked perfectly. As usual, the Keg did not dissapoint.

Very disappointed with your restaurant and service. September 28 we had a reservation at your Bramalea location. The reservation was for 6pm my wife myself and her father arrived at 5:55pm and was told that to wait because they needed more of us to be seated . We had a part of 9 booked . We are waiting for the rest of the party to arrive when another party shows up with less than the “” 60% to be seated were seated. I questioned the what was going on then was told we would be seated now . Yes race was a cause for this . My opinion the manager came over spoke with us. She tried apologize and assure us that this would not happen again. Moving forward the rest of the evening was horrible. This was my grandson’s 12 birthday celebration which was told during the reservation. We had a party of 7. We had to ask for bread water and the table was not cleared after we ate. No dessert was offered no drink refill. No one came over to wish him a happy birthday.We ended the night very disappointed.

We went there tonight for my boyfriends birthday. The service A1 from Laura. I had the prime rib however it was very salty. We mentioned it to Laura and she was very apologetic. She also took our concerns to Lauren. Lauren and Laura offered to change our order. We said it was okay. Lauren adjusted our bill to reflect the situation. At the end, we were very satisfied with the service and experience. You both did a great job.

Great service! But management definitely shows through the workers but not in a good way. I can tell a tight ship is run through them and if they let up a bit I feel the service would be much more wholesome and genuine. When bussers or waiters carry dishes to the kitchen they cover them obscurely with white table napkins it’s so strange and feels so awkward.

When waiters talked to us about specials it felt so scripted and ingenious and I just wanted them to be real with us and be themselves. Feels like management is tough of them and I’d love a more genuine relaxed restaurant feel and less of a scripted franchised experience.

I dined on a Saturday and from the hosts to the wait staff it felt like some form of management was behind them judging or over managing around them. Felt so odd and hostile personally.

I really recommend this restaurant! My mother and I go there twice a year for each others birthday. The food is AMAZING and always prepared to perfection.
I had a really great experience with a waitress named Rio—we have the same name! She had such great service and made the night 10x better.

Outstanding evening. We were greeted by the lovely, friendly hostesses and then all seated as per our reservation time.

The manager Ross Lopes was super accommodating. When we came in the lights were a little low for one of the people in our party. We asked if he could put them up a bit over our table and he did. It really was a simple thing but made a huge difference for us. Jude our server was also amazing. So patient and pleasant. He could not have been more helpful.

Food was also perfect for everyone. Made our birthday such a special and enjoyable time!!!

What an absolute amazing dinner we had tonight at your establishment. Music was soft and waiter was perfect, food was just divine. We had a little guy with us and he was greeted as well and had a good laugh with one of your staff members. We were acknowledged as soon as we entered and then every staff member was so welcoming. No complaints but you might want to tighten your bolt on your highchairs ☺️

Didn’t get to stay long this time around, but felt very cared for by my server Colette, and by the hostess Melissa. Food and drink was delicious and the atmosphere was really calming. Be back soon! - 09/21/24

I forgot to come back and leave a second review until now and would like to follow up with the two additional dining experiences I had at this location.
I returned on September 22 for my sister’s ninth birthday and that night was a bit of a letdown but still on okay experience. We ordered calamari, nachos, and my mother ordered a Chicago style strip loin steak. The calamari was luke warm and had remnants of a fry order on it, The meat on the nachos was incredibly salty, and my mother’s steak was a baseball cut that was so charred we sent it back. She is very particular about her food so she didn’t request a replacement as she did not want to wait any longer and was already disappointed with the appetizers. I ordered two gin basil lemonades (the first a double, the second a single). The first was good and very sweet (they used wonderfully fresh basil) and the second completely tasted like juice.Our server Justice was incredibly sweet and accommodating when we brought these things to his attention and got the kind supervisor Daniel to come by and rectify the situation. I didn’t mention the drink issue as I saw it was pretty busy and didn’t want to give them more to do. They wound up taking the two food items that were messed up completely off the bill and made sure that my sister got ice cream cake before we left as well. Justice even gave us a bag of ice to put in the to go bag we took with the cake.

The next time I went was two days later with a friend and Colette gave amazing service once again. She was funny and patient with us and gave us quick service the entire time we were there. We ordered steak and lobster and couple of drinks (Moscow mule, Caesar & double gin and cranberry this time) and everything tasted AMAZING. The atmosphere was really nice as it always is whenever I show up. I accidentally left my take-home box behind and still regret it to this day lol. Definitely recommend coming here because no restaurant is perfect but this location is pretty damn close and the staff are always attentive and caring, even when they are busy with other guests.
