Bailla was so sweet and attentive, we came in on a Friday evening and we had a great experience. The restaurant is small but she was able to accommodate our big table and we had a great time.

Had a terrible experience at this location. Ordered impossible bob and fried chicken bob with Onion rings. The onion rings and fried chicken patty came with a side of frying oil. The sides were inedible and the burgers were dry, with a sliver of melted cheese at top. When asked to replace the onion rings, the server was gracious enough to replace them. The second serving again came with a pool of oil. Went to talk about this with the server. A third person, claiming to be a head chef at the store, and also a teacher with around 10-15 yrs of cooking experience started fighting that it was not his first time cooking these. It's not the way to treat your customers, especially when someone is not talking to you and without introducing yourself. Would recommend to improve food quality and customer service. To start with, you definitely need a new head chef.

Just ordered from here, and threw the food in the garbage. Saugy cold fries and burger , didn't get get the order right. $60 for garbage food. Never again. Just a bunch of clowns working there

I am so grateful that on top of putting a review on Uber eats I have to put one here too. I am pregnant and today all I wanted was a Works burger and fries. Scared since I was ordering take out I might not get as many fries and so I put in the notes of my order to please have some extra fries, thinking it might not get read and who knows maybe they’d oblige. Did they ever!! A sweet note and a whole extra side I didn’t pay for. I’m so thankful, you made a pregnant lady so unbelievably happy I shed a few tears. Unbelievably kind service

Been coming here for years. Its taken a sharp decline. Food was cold and looked like it was out together very sloppy. Also 4 burgers took almost an hour. The 12 yr old server had an attitude and was flirtting with a 40 yr old man that wasnt a customer. Last time..

My bestie and I have been coming to The Works Brampton since it opened. They once had a man from Ottawa I believe, Owen, come and revamp the staff and boy do they need it again. How is 1 burger $28 and you go in and they say "first we have no white buns, no French fries or onion rings" excuse me? Isn't your main menu items burgers and FRIES? This spot used to be THE SPOT, but without some quick attention during these trying times this restaurant will soon meet its demise as well.

Great place every time I go. We just went for my wife’s birthday and even though it was a bit later the staff accommodated us, was very very friendly and made sure the food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back again soon and recommend coming to this location!
