This is not the first time they screwed my order. I recently ordered two drinks and a farmer’s egg wrap. They charged me for three drinks and put bacon in my wrap which i never asked for. They don’t care about anyone’s order as they never pay attention while taking one. Moreover they have the audacity to behave as in its normal for them to do so.

Quite possibly the worst Tim's I have ever been to. The selection of doughnuts is laughable, they take forever to serve the people inside the store even though there are more than enough staff and to top it off speciality idems are missing ingredients

They legit saved my friend; they were so nice to him when we took him in the restaurant to cool down from heatstroke. We were on a bike trip from Guelph to Brampton and my friend ended up with severe heat exhaustion. They treated him very well at the Tim’s: they were very kind and caring for him, giving him water and constantly checking in on him as well as offering him free food and hospitality. We are so thankful for their help. Thank you to all of the personnel working there that day for all their help and kindness. Also the food there was excellent!! :)

They actually hire white people here it's the first time in the last 4 years my order actually came out correct and the way you expected I didn't think I'd ever see it again, Canada is healing I guess not ever Tim Hortons needs to subsidize 70% of there wages surprising

The staff does not follow any cleaning and sanitation procedures. They also dont value the health and safety of their customers. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rough and spilt coffee on us. We also watched one of the workers spit in a drink. Trash. DO NOT GO HERE.

Poor customer service . They are always in hurry to get order. Cut the line before completing your order then ask again and again. It happen most of the time when order by drive through.
