Ordered a protein iced latte and they basically gave me protein milk without the coffee. I had to brew my own coffee and add it to the drink.

No one like to wait 20 mint in drive thru just for one cup of coffee in the morning. One person can’t handle the store you guys need to hire more staff for night . Nothing wrong with the lady who’s working there she was trying her best to clear line asap .

I know serving can be hard. But that doesn't mean u get to be rude to customers, customers have a life too.
This is not the first time they screwed my order. I recently ordered two drinks and a farmer’s egg wrap. They charged me for three drinks and put bacon in my wrap which i never asked for. They don’t care about anyone’s order as they never pay attention while taking one. Moreover they have the audacity to behave as in its normal for them to do so. Worst staff, worst experience.

Quite possibly the worst Tim's I have ever been to. The selection of doughnuts is laughable, they take forever to serve the people inside the store even though there are more than enough staff and to top it off speciality idems are missing ingredients
