It was nice to be greeted with a smile and professional mannerism. Too often customers are greeted with the worker's individuality as apposed to an ambassador of Tim Hortins standards.
their drinks suck during the morning rush, but they’re human and there’s a lot of pressure in the morning, so it’s fine. the sitting areas are all nicely positioned, and spacious. the employees are as nice as they should be and helpful if help is needed
