location at 70 biscayne in brampton by Costco is the worst in brampton. I order same thing all the time coffee is never even the same color. had a cream cheese bagle today.... found a slice of cucumber. often stale bagles and fast turnaround for employees to very slow.

Went to grab an iced cap and a bagel, the drive thru line was long but moved at a steady pace. It took longer than I anticipated to get food so I drove back to work before thinking twice. The bagel was good but my iced cap was just iced milk/cream. Absolutely no coffee in it and no time to drive back.....I expected more from Tim's.( Pic not the best)

I’ve been to many Tim Hortons locations, but this branch is really disappointing. They actually charge for tap water, which no other Tim Hortons I’ve visited has ever done. On top of that, their chipotle cup is noticeably smaller compared to other locations — feels like you’re paying the same price for less.
The worst part is the attitude of the manager. When I asked about it politely, instead of explaining, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Customer service matters, and this experience really made me feel unwelcome.
Honestly, I’d recommend going to another Tim Hortons nearby — you’ll get better value, fair treatment, and friendlier service.

We went there like at 1 Am. We asked for ice capp and they said they are cleaning machine and can’t give anything. It might be because of night but its better to close the store rather than giving nothing when people arrive.
