I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while now probably around 4-5 years now and this Tim Hortons is the best one I’ve been to by far. I’m always greeted with smiles and my order is always right which is difficult to say about other Tim Hortons. the workers are all super nice and welcoming, they work very well as a team from what I’ve seen. All round this is a great establishment with amazing and kind workers.

I ordered a farmer’s wrap with egg and cheese. An employee behind the counter said they didn’t have eggs, even though another employee clearly saw that there were two eggs available. Instead of communicating properly or checking, they canceled my order altogether. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I've lived in the North York area for 15 years and am a regular customer of Tim Hortuns. I've never encountered this problem in my area before. I'm currently in Brampton for work, and this Tim Hortuns store is -10 degrees Celsius inside, even though it's -25 degrees outside. They turn off the heaters so customers won't sit inside. They often lock the door from the inside after 9:30 PM, preventing entry, despite the sign saying it closes at 11 PM. The staff are polite and they're cold too; I saw them all working in thick coats. I don't know if the owner is honest because of this attitude. Please be more considerate. People want to come here in the evening with friends to have coffee and chat, but the inside is literally a refrigerator!

I try to avoid this Tim Hortons as they always get my order wrong. Tried today (the last time was in spring) and they still messed up my order. Ordered a sausage and egg croisant breakfast sandwich. Got something else instead when I opened it up at work.
Maybe hire people who know how to take orders correctly. The other Tim Hortons on Kennedy does it right.
