I try to avoid this Tim Hortons as they always get my order wrong. Tried today (the last time was in spring) and they still messed up my order. Ordered a sausage and egg croisant breakfast sandwich. Got something else instead when I opened it up at work.
Maybe hire people who know how to take orders correctly. The other Tim Hortons on Kennedy does it right.

Very Bad Customer Service. Order 2 medium triple triple coffee and 2 donuts but make us wait upto 15 mins and give one triple triple and one double double coffee without donuts. We asked for triple triple, the lady opened double double and mix with that. Very worst customer service
