Friday-08-09-2024 Around 10.55-11am.
Worst customer service from two ladies I have ever seen.Showing to much attitude, no greet to the customers.I ordered hot white chocolate and honey cruller. They litterly throw when they were giving my order.looks like they were tierd of job.If these ladies cannot provide proper service with a smile,they can go n sit home,so many other nice people waiting for the job opportunity.Ruined my day after seeing there attitude and behavior.I don't know why there managers still keeping them.

I’ve never heard of a Tim’s being so lazy that they leave the trays out so you have to tray your own beverages. What has this country come to? Can you try hiring someone other than the usual suspects seriously. The staff does not even acknowledge you instead they are too busy chatting and laughing in their own language. No please, no thank you, no service skills. I sincerely hope head office comes to personally visit this location to see how charming it is.

Had a turkey ? bacon ? club sandwich ? nothing special, but I like Tim's roast beef sandwich, stiff tea ? wasn't hot. This place must need proper maintenance specially trash ?

BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through the app and my order was never delivered. I called the store to see what the issue was and they told me that my order information was never received. I then proceeded to contact the app support, which was the biggest waste of time. I didn't receive a response for over a month, when it says someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours. They told me it was being looked into, After another month of waiting they replied with they can't refund my money because their geological data shows my order was delivered. Still today my app says calculating driver for this order. I advise everyone to not use their app. If they stole money from me, I can only imagine how many others they are stealing from.
