I come to this location every day on my way to work. The workers all know my order they are so nice and helpful. Customer service is top notch. I dont know why this store has been closed for the past few days. Hopefully you reopen soon. I miss getting my coffee just perfect everytime. They just ask what size. Fast efficient and friendly.

Yesterday, in evening i visited there. The employees are very friendly and the service is very fast. I am the regular customer there and always seen both morning and evening teams are very hardworking but don't understand why people blame them instead of accepting their mistake. By the way this is good place to enjoy food and coffee.

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today around 10 AM. The employee who served me, an older Punjabi lady at the counter, gave me a completely burnt bagel. It’s frustrating to receive food that isn’t properly prepared. Morning Staff always do this type of things regularly whenever we visit there they don’t careful to ensure customers get fresh, properly toasted items. I hope management addresses this issue to improve quality control in the future.

Food is good but staff is more interested in talking to eachother then helping guests. Everytime I come I have to wait for them to finish their conversation before served, this is as I'm standing front of the line. Good luck.

Update I've been back also I've been here 3 now 4 times and never been. Served they take so long I don't have the time for the nonsense but I just asked for a cup for my son for water and the woman denied me. She said I need to pay for a cup like hello? On what planet I need water for my son and your trying to charge me? Worst tim Hortons by far.

My experience was really bad. Today at 2 o clock i ordered 2 small steep teas. one with 3m and 4s and other one is 3c and 4s. However, I received both with 3c and 3s . There was no sugar . Even sandwich tastes really bad. I garbage sandwich. My sandwich was plain croissant 🄐 with lattice, tomato , crispy onion and hash-brown. Staff members were totally rude. no smile on face nothing One of team member made face when i requested for ketchup packet.
