Very disappointed with the drive-thru service at Tim Hortons today. The wait time was extremely long, and the line barely moved. When customers choose the drive-thru, it’s usually because they’re in a hurry, so efficiency should be a priority.

I ordered the bulk coffee and steep tea for 12 persons. I was running out of time. But there help was so genuine that it made me to thank them. There help and the sweeteners, sugars and milk and stir sticks that I wanted. They put more than I demanded. Thanks again.
