Very disappointing. Today everyone knows its heat warning But I don’t know why manager of this tim hortons don’t start AC. No iced coffee was there nd iced cap like water. It’s really bad smell when i entered. Employees were bathed with sweat I appreciate to the employees who do hardworking in high temperatures. Really disappointed with the manager

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff member, not sure her name I think Parneet , instead of offering a solution to my issue, started arguing with me. It was frustrating, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

Sam, the Tim Hortons employee served me. She was pleasant and friendly. Thank you go employees like Sam, and Lucy, they the business won’t survive without them.
