Compared to other timhortons the service here is so good and faster than usual. I come here multiple times with my kids and family. One of the employees Tanvi is so sweet and kind. She was extremely hardworking as she was ordering for us she made it right away. The kindness is almost radiating off her.

The service at this location is speedy and efficient. The staff work hard and provide quality service
I placed an order by drive thru, i accidentally asked to add chipotle with everything bagel, and immediately I said don’t add chipotle, girl on the counter said its already done, so you will have to pay extra for new bagel, I had to pay for 3 bagels, ( one extra) ridiculous service , they could have compromised or might be lied, very disappointed with their customer service, will never come again,

I ordered from the kiosk inside Tim Hortons expecting faster service, but I was served much later than others. People who arrived 5 minutes after me got their orders before I did. I didn’t receive my drink until I went and told the staff I was still waiting for my kiosk order. If you’re not going to use the kiosks properly, you might as well remove them.
