Arrogant staff. Ravi, who was taking the order, failed to provide the complete order and later started arguing and behaving rudely when asked about the missing items. Someone with this attitude should not be in a customer-facing role, as he clearly lacks basic professionalism and communication skills.

Worst location I’ve ever come across. This location’s closest to me so I’ve had a few difficult encounters with them.
Often times the orders are incorrect but I understand that busy hours can be challenging. The long time staff is commendable but the new faces I see are often times rude and act like they’re having to pay for my order. Customizations are not uncommon at any food establishments which any food service staff generally knows. In my latest encounter, the staff that I did not recognize straight up refused to honour my customization request which is my recurring order atleast once a week. My request was to put the hashbrown inside the sandwich instead of on the side in the combo meal. The staff refused to do it. Hopefully the people in charge can train their new staff to be hospitable and accommodating, specially when working customer service in a food establishment.

I went to Tim Hortons this morning and ordered coffee through the drive-thru. The employee named Sarbjit was very rude and spoke loudly. She did not seem to understand the order properly and made unnecessary comments like “Are you okay?” followed by “I don’t think so.”

She repeatedly asked for hashbrowns even though we clearly asked for a croissant, which they do have. At the pickup window, her behavior was extremely disrespectful. The way she spoke made her appear uneducated and lacking basic communication skills. She closed the window rudely and kept mumbling under her breath.

I have never written a bad review before, but this experience was very disappointing.

Went here and manager was so rude. My drink was cold and when i asked for a replacement she said take your money and go somewhere else to get a drink and to get out of here and not come back. Never coming back here again.
