On 12/24/2025, the Tim Hortons employees took my order. I was waiting in line for drive thru around 1555, and they placed a pylon behind my car since they were closing at 1600. You would think that since they placed the pylon after my car, they’ll take my order. I went up to the screen to order around 1558-1559, they took my order (5 drinks with a total of $13.03), and they said they cannot process my order since they are closed. I said since she has taken my order, she has to provide the service. She said “I’ll be right back sir”. I waited 2-5 mins, said hello, and she said “yes sir I’ll be right back”. I waited 10 minutes and was not attended to. I knocked on the window at the drive thru with no answer. I went inside, and found the Tim Hortons employee, closed up and ready to leave. I explained the situation, they said “sorry sir you have 5 drinks and we are closed so we couldn’t process it”. One of the employees was found to be laughing too which frustrated me more. Since the put the pylon AFTER my car, took my order already, I expected them to provide the service they are paying for. Why could they not tell me when they came out to put the pylon that they will not accept any more orders. Or why take my order in the screen and then tell me “I’ll be right back” and then literally pack up and ignore me. This was extremely unprofessional. One of the employees name is Jashanpreet, another is Jaspreet I believe (who took the order from the drive thru). I hope management looks into this and takes appropriate action. I understand employees want to go home, but in totality I waited 15 minutes in line + waiting for them to come back and still refused service.

This is one of my favourite Tim Horton’s place - a perfect place for a quick bite or coffee break.Its my daily routine . The food is always fresh and the coffee is consistently great. The girl (Ashbeen ) is really polite, friendly and makes you feel welcome every time you visit.I am very happy with her customer service.

One more experience from today — I had a jalapeño bagel about two months ago, and it was completely raw. I didn’t want to let it ruin my day back then since it was morning, so I let it go.
Today, I asked the girl at the front (the one with glasses) to please toast it properly this time, explaining that it had been raw the last time. I guess it was my mistake to say anything — this time it came out completely burnt, black on the inside.
