Everyday I’m at Tim’s and I order a coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel. First they don’t cut it properly I’m driving struggling trying to take the bagel apart. Then they barely put any butter on it it’s soooooo dry!!!!!!! I asked them to put more butter and they charged me extra for butter. I don’t understand you order a bagel with butter and you get a dry bagel that you almost choke on 😡😡😡😡😡

Today 26th march I visited this tim hortons.i grab my coffee from drive thru.i just hold my coffee in my cup holder then she started immediately hurry up guys next order but no one car behind.this tim hortons look like kinder garden so unprofessional staff they hired.

We ordered.. herb and garlic pastry, bagel with hash brown by drive thru.. firstly the girl who was taking order was very rude and didn’t, even now the word customer service it seems… Almost almost ruined our morning very disappointed.

I went into this location in person because the first time I had an issue in the drive through and decided its better to order in person... got a free donut in the tims roll up and ask the cashier to redeem it as well 5 of the custard tart she misunderstood my order and went to ask if the free donut can be substituted I politely clarified that this was not a substitution the custard tart is additional she became dismissive and told me to stop being rude I simply explained I never ask to substitute the donut she got angry and walked away to another register to help the person behind me. I find this interaction very unpleasant and unprofessional working in Customer service myself its disappointing and it would be very helpful if this matter is reviewed and if the staff could be reminded of the importance of clear communication and respectful customer service. This occurred on March 19th at 6:10pm Torbram and Father Tobin location employees name is Jas.

this is the worst tim hortons ive ever been to. they never have anything in stock and their attitude is insane. if you really want tims, dont come to this location. the drive thru line takes forever and 9 times out of 10 they wont have what u need. i even tried going into the store to speed up the process only to find out they were closed in the middle of the day. if i could give this location a negative star i would. please save your time and NEVER go here.
