Ordered my food and paid for it then the staff tells me the grille is not working french vanilla machine is broken and forgot the give the wraps.Every time they have some issue or something. Worst service like always!

The drive thru every single times I order from this Tim Hortons on mobile app, they can’t find my order have to ask me what I ordered, every single time, not once have they gotten my mobile go thru, I tell them name order number, and I end up holding the drive thru, making me look like an idiot in front of everyone else, I been to many locations, this spot was great before, and have gotten my mobile order done in the thru in the past many times, in the last several month, every single times I order from mobile app, they don’t have my mobile order, although I do see it scroll by really fast on the screen by the drive thru, I don’t know what’s going on here, don’t think I wanna ever come to this location again for mobile order

I just came today morning they messed up my whole and a girl who was taking order kiran was very rude at order taking and just i pay for my food and coffee she just started yelling at me for no reason and i think she want me to leave the place . Over my experience was very bad i don’t know how thier management hire such people they don’t deserve to here and i think she should be fired immediately ?

Probably the worst Tim's you could go to. I only stop by because it's the closest one to my house but lately, I've been driving to another cafe despite it being further away because the food and service at this Tim Horton's is THAT horrible. 8 times out of 10, they get something wrong in my order whether it's an entire item, charging me extra, or not mixing a tea after asking for it to be well stirred or just straight up just giving me a fully incorrect order belonging to someone else. In the drive thru especially, they have charged me for an item and taken payment only to tell me they don't have it later. This has happened 4 separate times total and every single time, when I ask for a refund, they tell me to park the car and come inside because they don't want to mess up their drive thru times. The staff themselves are very rude and show aggression / attitude (such as rolling eyes) and have even yelled at my elderly father once "hurry up and drive man, next order" after giving him his order in a hurry. After calling and speaking to the supervisor on duty about the incident, she just told me "sorry, but we get pressure from upper management to meet our times so that's why it happened".The very first time they messed something up was when I had called a couple days ahead to place a big order for a morning meeting I was having. I ordered a tray of assorted bagels and 2 coffee packs. They gave me a full tray of everything bagels and I unfortunately only noticed once I got back to the office. After calling them, they insisted it was my fault even though the note said assorted bagels. After a long wait and going back and fourth, they finally admitted to it being their fault since it was apparently another girl who wrote down the order a couple days prior and she didn't communicate it to the person who actually punched it in. They offered to exchange the bagels but since it was already time for the meeting, I couldn't go back. They also said they wouldn't give a refund if we had touched or ate any of the bagels so I ended up giving the entire tray back later on that day after the meeting was over and had no food for my clients that day.After many many horrible experiences, I just stopped going there all together. One or two times I can give the benefit of the doubt, but it's become an ongoing pattern with this location and it's just unacceptable at this point.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to, the drinks are tasteless and the food is not what it offers, this donut should be filled with jam but there is practically nothing inside, whoever is the manager of this place please stop increasing your profits by worsening the quality of the products is SHAMEFUL!
