Absolutely pathetic customer service by jyoti . The staff act like they hate being there and take it out on customers. No greetings, constant eye-rolling, rude tones, and zero accountability when they mess up orders—which happens every single time. Instead of fixing mistakes, they argue or ignore you. It’s embarrassing that a brand this big allows such lazy, untrained, and disrespectful behavior. Feels less like a café and more like you’re interrupting their day by daring to order food. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. When I asked to use the washroom, your staff refused and told me I needed to wait 15 minutes because it was being cleaned. However, I personally saw two other customers being allowed to use the washroom during that same time. When I politely asked if she could pause the cleaning for just a couple of minutes, she said no.
This behaviour felt unfair and discriminatory. All customers should be treated equally, and it was clear that I was not given the same respect or consideration as others. Very unprofessional experience. That’s why I could not order there based on the service experience
Customer service is very good . Doris is a stand out manager who is very friendly and welcoming .all of her staff is knowledgeable and very nice to deal with .

I visited this store today and it’s by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. This is my second time buying from this location.
