I visited this store today and it’s by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. This is my second time buying from this location. The same thing happened the last time and I just brushed it off as “one of those days” The girl who took my order was so rude, took my order and just walked away. Really disappointing I was at drive thru and I was about to give order but no one took my order they were just gossiping with each other after waiting I came to the window a girl name jagan she spoke very rude to me I was just about to ask her question and she said loudly go and next please and than closes the window that was really disrespecting. Please tell her to treat customer in a good way if she don't have patience than don't let her stand on drive thru. Thanks

Today i went this location on drive thru. We ordered tea. I just told a girl who’s at window that tea is cold and suddenly a girl named Janvi came and insulted me infront of my friend. She don’t know how to talk and i don’t know why tim horten hired these kind of people. Firstly they have to learn manners and how to talk with customers. I recommend to all to not come this location because this girl don’t know how to speak with customers.
