There was only 3 kinds of donuts on the display that did not even look fresh. Hardly any muffins. Why do they even bother selling donuts...anytime I've been there the most I was able to buy is a 6 pack of donuts I would have never selected had there been other choices.

When I went for a drive though and paid 100 dollar cash, they gave me a badly torn 20 dollar bill hidden below the 50 dollar bill. It was too soiled to not be noticed. As soon as I passed the drive through pickup window then i noticed. I had to park and then go back inside and wait for my turn in line and asked the cashier. She replied its OK you could go to and return it to bank. Someone have given it to us so we gave it to you. It is their responsibility to return to bank not mine. They know it was torn and yet gave it to me. Irresponsible people.

I’ve always been a fan of Tim Hortons, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. First, the service was unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t bother to greet or acknowledge me when I approached the counter. My order was also wrong—I asked for a vanilla iced latte but I received a sweetened version just opposite of what ordered. This visit was a letdown, and I’m not sure if I’ll be returning anytime soon. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and customer care. I expected a better experience, especially considering how well-known Tim Hortons is.

I ordered my items on drive through on 18 November but the night shift order taker was so rude to us they show attitude and the order is not like that we ordered as usual on other tim hortons but after our order completed they show bad attitude no thank you no greeting on the drive through experience was so bad its so rude

Chicken strips was basically raw, and the amount was given was wrong as well , Tim Hortons is only good for coffee and donuts nothing else, took one bite and it was thrown in the garbage

I ordered just now French vanilla with oat milk and it was hot very well too. Even ever I came there they not make very well. There is boy working at night makes very good tea as compared to other ones. I suggest to team. Please give more shifts to him so I taste good coffee everyday. 🙏🏻
