This Tim Hortons location is an absolute disgrace. The staff here are shockingly unprofessional, with no regard for basic customer service or decency. The level of incompetence and rudeness displayed is beyond anything I have ever experienced at a Tim Hortons in my 30 years of visiting Tim Hortons locations. I visited around 7:15pm on December 24, 2024. The employee taking drive through orders was extremely rude and refused to sell me a gift card through the drive through. I parked and went inside, only to hear the same employee screaming at the top of her lungs and swearing at a customer while the rest of the employees were trying to calm her down. The other employees were practically begging her to stop and calm down. I opted to leave instead of purchasing a gift card. Will not be returning to this place

Hello guys yesterday I was went at drive thru and I ordered steep tea triple triple and one ice coffee and a girl stand at drive thru is very polite with me and gave my drinks in very respectful manner and this is my time to put review of any person but she is amazing may be her name is may be kamal and I also like her way to say (here is your drink mam)
We ordered 2 chai tea lattes 5 mins ago. They charged for the latte but gave us the regular chai tea.

Komal is very good girl , i was there at 12.30 and komal served me french vanilla and steep tea and i feel comfortable with her , her behaviour was so much good and the way of talking was polite .
