“Visited the Tim Hortons at 225 Vodden St E in Brampton a few times. The location is busy most of the day, so wait times can be longer, especially at the drive-thru. Staff is generally friendly but the service feels rushed at peak hours. My coffee was good, but the food quality is inconsistent — sometimes the bagel is toasted well, other times it comes out cold or uneven.
Cleanliness is average; could be better around the seating area. Overall, it’s a convenient spot but service depends a lot on the time you go.”

Went today morning for my coffee.
At drive -thru the employee says “hi can i help” really is this the way to treat and greet customers specially when you aren’t busy at all. After she made my coffee she was silent all the way. She didn’t tell me my billing amount she just placed the POS machine on my face so I can make the payment that I made the payment and then go. She instantly slide it off the window. She didn’t say thank you have a good day anything bro if you don’t like this job you don’t like to greet people stay home don’t ruin someone’s day. I went around 4:10 AM 27th of November and the employee was wearing a turban.

Inside is incredibly small leading to a slightly less enjoyable experience due to social anxiety which is nobody's fault. That being said, the service was quick and accurate, the staff was friendly but professional.
