I called this Tim’s at 5:44 asking if they are open, and the lady said they are open for 15 more minutes which would mean until 6pm. I was driving around for an hour trying to find an open Tim’s. So I drove to this one and as soon as I got into the store at 6:53, the lady told me that she can’t take any more orders. I told her that I was told on the phone that they are still open and she said that since it’s almost 6:55, they have to do closing. I had to keep reiterating that I was told it is still open otherwise I would not have wasted my time driving to that Tim’s hortons. I asked for 3 drinks and she said no, so I asked her if she can at least just make one and she said no. I have worked fast food before and honestly there is a way you are supposed to handle situations like this and she did not handle it well. At least have empathy for people on Christmas Day.

I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. I have no words for the disrespect I encountered while ordering my food. The person infront of me was also given very poor service by a lady wearing glasses working the window. They were so impatient and proceeded to talk badly about the customer after he left and completely stopped working just to chat. It took an immense amount of time just for 1 bagel and I will not be returning to this location again.
